Ordered a double burger, it took way too long to be prepared only to get home and see the burger is fleshy red blood oozing, extremely under cooked and overly salted. I’ve always come to this location and never had an issue until today. Completely grossed out by the under cooked burger. I also did not appreciate how the cooks kept looking over at me while cooking the food. This might have been intentional.

This was my first time visiting a Smash Burger and I was not disappointed. The location interior was simple but the food was much more than that. We ordered two double burgers and shakes and they were made perfectly. The strawberry shake was not too sweet and not too thick. The burgers were exactly what I thought they would be based on the hype of read. They were flavorful and yet not too greasy. The bun was very soft and fresh. The fries were very good too. The service was good at this location and everything appeared to be well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend visiting and I will certainly be visiting again!

Been eating here for 8 years and have watched the quality steadily decline. Pretty much decided to stop going to this location. At least 10 of my past online orders have had problems with one of the items, the most recent being a whole patty + bacon missing. The orders always come out at least 10 minutes late, even with ordering a small order 30 minutes ahead of time. Smashburger customer support is nonexistent (contact us website refers to a form that just is not there) and the message feedback is obviously unread. Dine-in has no problems.

There was no line when we came, attendant was very kind and took our order. Food was delivered warm and quickly. There was a slight hot dog smell to the smash burger – guessing they are made on the same grill. It was a bit odd but the food still tasted good, fries were crispy and salty deliciousness. We would come again.

The food was excellent, the most notable dish being the smash fries. The service was exceptional. When we asked for large cheese fries, there was a mistake at the register and we were only charged for regular cheese fries. When I asked the cashier about the issue, he made sure we got large cheese fries on top of the regular fries at no additional cost. The food came out fast and hot and the tables were neat and clean.

I came here to grab an UberEats order for delivery, but ended up having a pleasant experience myself. Clean, quick, and friendly. Jason not only got my pickup quickly, but went beyond regular service. AWESOME JOB!
