This location was one of the good ones. Very clean restaurant & awesome service. Lately, it’s a disappointment. The fries have been luke warm & soggy. We’ve gotten some fries that tasted undercooked. The sandwiches are too messy to pick up. Today our fries were half empty. One of our Big Macs was ordered with extra pickles & the other no pickles. Even though the one was labeled on the box for extra pickles it had no pickles. Our drinks were watery from melted ice. The food quality has declined. It’s upsetting to see a once trustworthy restaurant become disappointing.

I ordered breakfast sandwiches all the time from there. I ordered two egg McMuffins and I got two sausage McMuffins and they wanted me to come back when I was on my way to work. They do not understand English. When you ask for a drink, they can’t even get that right. I had called when they made the mistake on giving me two sausage McMuffins and the lady said that I could come back show the receipt and they would give me two egg McMuffins well I did that and the girl wanted me to pay for one so they want you to pay for their mistakes and on top of it. The egg McMuffin isn’t even toasted, I will never ever go there for breakfast ever again and the only time I will ever go there is for somebody else not for me. I’ll go to the one in Mount Airy.

Worst McDonald, their food have me and my fiancé diarreha, the burger came with burned out and hard meat and fries not fully cook all cold. The only good things I got from my meal was my drink. Please go to another location this location will poising you. Their food are not FRESH AT ALL!!!

This McDonalds is emmaculent inside and is very modern. The service was fast and friendly. If you dont want to order through a cashier, you can use one of the kiosks in the lobby to place your order. The food was fresh and hot and made to order. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The New Market McDonald’s is usually my family’s go-to McD. Today, I ran into a manager (Damariyus) who does not know how their own promotion works. I filled out one of their online surveys for a buy one, get one sandwich or same or lesser value. I produced my survey number, and she says I can’t use it. Puzzled I ask why? She says because I did not order the same sandwich (a sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin). I showed her on the receipt that I got sandwich free or equal or lesser value ( a sausage biscuit, which was CHEAPER than the sandwich I had paid for). Defeated she then changed her tune to say I needed to do it on the mobile app. I gently explained it’s impossible to enter my survey code on the app and asked why on earth my cash was no good. Bottom line. She was not giving me my free $1.89 sandwich. I will never order from this McD again if I see her working. I strongly encourage corporate to educate their staff.

Ordered several ice cream cones and not only were they barely an inch high, but they were also all melting. Ridiculous at $3.19 a cone.

I went and told the cashier named “Dora” I wanted to pay some cash and some card she said “okay” I use the card first she said no I said yeah half card half cash she said okay then I taped my card again she said decline I said never mind removed some food items and then she proceeded to tell the other workers “ she doesn’t have money remove some of her food” she said all of that in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand when I did and to say that is very rude and disrespectful I do have money just some on card and some cash McDonalds needs to do better
