I called in an order at 9:40 tonight and they had it ready for me to pick up at 9:50. Bacon smash burger was awesome, smash fries never let u down. Cashier was super friendly and polite. Haven’t been here in a long time but will definitely be back soon!

We came here to try out the new double smoked bacon brisket, and it was good and quite large. Since we were on their mailing list we had a coupon to buy one get one for a dollar.we strongly recommend you sign up for their actual physical mailing to get these coupons in your mailbox!
The cashier recommended a combo deal, so we got one combo,although we weren’t happy with the fries. They weren’t horrible but they were very salty and not really that tasty, as compared to other restaurants.
Service was very good and probably a normal wait time, although when you’re standing, it feels like longer than when we normally sit down and just hang out and wait for our food at a table.
One tip we can give to people coming here the entrance can be easy to miss. It is right after the Harley-Davidson dealer so I would keep that in mind when coming here.

This Smashburger had no right to go as hard as it did. I never would have guessed in a million years that the best cod sandwich of my life would come from a random hole in the wall burger chain. The outside was so crispy and perfect, obviously at the perfect temperature unlike so many other places where the oil is too cold and the fish comes out greasy. It’s the day after and I’m still thinking about it.
We’ve eaten at this particular location between five and ten times now since we’ve been staying at the hotel behind it for the past few months. I’ve never had a bad meal from them. I’m a big fan of the black bean burgers, they’re my favorite non meat burger from any chain. If I were to give a recommendation, it would only be that a lamp to keep the to-go orders warm in case customers run late would be nice. But the one time my food wasn’t warm anymore was absolutely my fault, I ended up getting caught it a line and picking up my order about 20 minutes after it was ready.
Honestly, I can’t wait until I get to order another cod sandwich, though lol

Giving them 3 stars because the food is good but the service is slow and the price is high.
Last time I ordered ahead of time (online) and waited 20 minutes before leaving to pick my order up; it takes about 7 minutes to get there. I got to SB and there were 6 other people waiting. It took an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready.
They seemed to be understaffed that night and normally my order is ready when I get there.
SB seems to have become expensive as well… we ordered for 5 people: two burgers and three chicken sandwiches, three large fries, two milkshakes and one order of Brussel sprouts –> $81!! For $81, it it seems burgers and chicken is too much.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing and the team and the restaurant were a wreck. The food was surprisingly good but the team didn’t practice even the most basic food safety practices. 3 burgers, 2 fries and a shake was $32. At that price point, a Smash must deliver more than a good burger. A clean restaurant and pleasant, respectful staff are fundamentals. Extra star because no one got sick.

T’was a good burger. Not as crispy as i thought the beef patty would be, but had good flavor. Tots were very crispy on the outside, and fluffy and hot on the inside. Service was quick. Person taking my order was very polite. Overall a good experience.
