Just ordered 2 drinks, asked for a triple mocha and a caramel craze.. they put pumpkin spice latte as my caramel craze the first time and I said it’s a caramel craze and they fixed it and then they still gave me a pumpkin spice latte?? Went through drive through and they were talking and mingling around.. Also there was nobody else in the store.. even though the sticker says caramel craze got something else??

I ordered through the drive thru, they got my order wrong. Then I went in to use the restroom, and all I got was constant banging on the door from the workers the whole time. Then they disrespectfully told me I took too long(which I took 5 minutes), and told me that I must buy something to use the bathroom, even though I did buy something through their drive thru and they never had a sign or policy posted saying so. Workers service was minimum effort, music was so loud that when I yelled out to someone to “stop banging please”, they said they couldn’t hear me, I will take my business to another Dunkin.

Don’t get cold foam, you get less coffee. I understand they make room for it, but this is wild. You have to pay for the cold foam, but end up getting less coffee.

The worst donuts we had ordered 2 Boston cream & there was no filling in them along with the jelly donut that was stiff. A rip off for sure. Don’t get donuts here. Paid 7.99 for a 1/2 dozen and were the worst!

Coffee is almost always made right, food will come out hot, but please do not get donuts. I stopped inside, which I rarely do but the drive through line was onto the street, and the donuts are completely uncovered, there were several flies landing on all the donuts. I understand having a drive through, and not all of that is preventable, but a covered/sliding glass door for food that’s sitting out isn’t unreasonable. I’m sure it’s not just this Dunkin either.

I loved the food, as I normally always do. My husband ordered me a decaf hot coffee this morning and I ended up having coffee grounds in it. I have no idea how long I was drinking it before I realized it. It was a large. I’m hoping it was at the bottom and I didn’t get much. But still.. this isn’t the first time I was dissatisfied with this Dunkin’. I will not be going back again.

The girl who runs the drive thru is so great! Always happy and smiling, she makes my day better. Lately the cheerfulness that jumped on me off the drive thru girl is quickly extinguished when I eat my sandwich! I used to get extra bacon considering I don’t get egg… NOT NO MO!

I Was door dashing and had my order taken. The manager seemed to not give a shit about it. He Kept saying “that order is gone already, I don’t know what to tell you. ” I tried to explain I just got the notification 1 min ago, but he didn’t seem to care.
