Worst experience. Ordered through the app – we arrived 10 mins after order was placed, waited 10 mins in the store to then be told they didn’t have my order. I show the receipt and the lady starts saying about how the order is thrown away after an hour or so bc they assume no one is coming – It was placed 20 mins prior! They probably threw it out while we were standing in line to get it. Ridiculous. They have no idea what they’re doing in there.

Iced coffee is water. First asked with a splash of almond milk. It was half almond milk, half whatever this is. So I asked it to be remade black. I get the same thing at every Dunkin, everywhere. This is awful. And the staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly dont drink coffee. 0 stars. Awful. Never again.

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Got to my location and opened sandwich. Boom, just egg and bagel. Went back to the shop and the kid at the counter looked apathetic and took the sandwich to the employees in the back. After speaking with other associates, he comes back looking quite embarrassed and says “all we can do is give you a side of bacon.” !?! So after waiting 5 minutes, they give me the bacon in a bag and hand me a slice of cheese. I then have to assemble my own sandwich on the counter in front of the register. Well this will be the last time I enter this place. This place is garbage now. Do not recommend ever!

If I could rate 0 I would. Idk how this place is even open. Last time I was there I said I wanted sweet cold foam they put whipped cream. Second time I go there (today) they said they don’t know what that is. So I said forget it I’ll make a normal easy order. Nah these men in there still didn’t understand. Tasted like water. It was terrible. I asked for my money back and he said I can’t do that there’s no manager here. WHAT? y’all need to be closed down and chose a new profession cuz this is the worst dunkin in Pottstown area. I’ll never go here again and I’ll spread the word cuz you’re wasting people’s times.

Worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. Given them about 20 chances due to living so close, and every time the ovens are broken so can’t get bagels, croissants, any egg sandwiches etc. The iced coffee always comes out terrible as well. The order is printed on the slip correctly, but they choose to mix in whatever they want. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct iced coffee order. Will drive down the street to the Douglasville location from now on.

I have no idea how this place is still open. I’ve tries to go there twice for coffee, the first time I was ignored until I left. I forgot about it and tried to cone back several months later, watched the enployee at the desk RUN to back o house where I hears him audibly tell another employee to ignore me until I left.
