I placed my order on the app and they ruined my order! I was at Valley hospital did not eat anything all day and was looking forward to my meal. The burger was extremely salty. I could not even eat half of it the inside was pink wasn’t cooked or medium well it was raw pink ground meat. I paid extra for cheese sauce they didn’t provide instead they added slices of cheese on my fries when I did not ask for that on my order. They also forgot to add my ranch sauce for my tenders. My food was soggy and cold.

The burger was average at best, but better then the arches lol the fries were crisp, but lacked salt…. not a huge deal I know how to use a salt shaker. There was dirty tables even though they just had opened. Service was real slow 8 mins from order to eat. Plus 5 min wait for someone to come take the order.

Walked in today to order food – we were the first in line with no one in front of us. The girl behind the counter would not even acknowledge us. It took approximately 5 min for her to turn to the register. When she did, she stood there staring at us, then finally raised her eyebrows as if to say ‘Ya, what do you want???’ I ordered my food and then I had to be the one to tell my husband and children to order. She said NOTHING. After we ordered she whispered the total ans tells us “your number 7” and looks in the direction of a pile of table tags. I said okay thanks and she stares at me and looks back over at the table tags indicating I should reach over the counter to where she is standing to pick up the table tag. I hand her the cash and she hands me $7. (My change back was $9.01). I explain that she short changed me and she looks at me again like Im wrong, never saying a word. I proceed to count the change in front of her and she whispers “my bad” and pulls $2 out. I could have left it alone and walked away from an already horrendous customer experience, but I asked for the penny to which she replied that they dont have pennies. I said, well Im owed a penny and if you dony have that, then please provide me with a nickel, but that I was owed my change. She then says again “we dont have pennies, and I cant give you a nickel because it would short change me”. I asked if it was okay to short change a customer. She then walks in the back and says “I have a lady out there arguing with me that she wants a penny.” (Its an open kitchen and for the record I was polite and never raised my voice.) They say something and she comes out and hands me a nickel. I replied thank you and she just stared at me. After walking to find a table I started thinking that she probably was going to do something to my food. She came out when the food was ready, dropped it at the table and walked away. What a horrendous experience. She was completely bothered by the fact that she had a job to do. Ill never go back there again. What a complete waste of $60.

Party of 3 and 2 kiddies stopped by on Memorial Day evening for a quick bite after being on the road. It was empty, and there was only one person in line ahead of us. How it works: You place your order, pay, take a number, take your drink cup (and fill it), and then have a seat. Your food will be prepared and brought to your table very promptly.
The burgers were all made with high-quality beef and very fresh. I have to say they are a little small. Two of the men i was with needed to split another burger to fill up. The fries were piping hot (I recommend the smash fries!), and I couldn’t get enough. The chicken tenders were mostly breading, and I had to pick through it to find chicken for my kiddies, so that was disappointing.
Otherwise, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But there was only 1 employee in the front and a cook, so you can’t expect him to keep up.
Smashburger was overall a great meal, and we can’t wait to be back!

Went to smashburger today and for my surprise they upgraded the menu, I don’t know if it’s a seasonal thing but the new loaded fries are so good.
I waited so long for the cheese fries, happy they are back on the menu. Food and service was good.

Stopped by because we were starving and boyfriend had never been. I loved the smash fries and the jalapeño smash was pretty good. Boyfriend wasn’t too impressed with his bacon smash.

We waited 15 minutes for our food. When it came the cheese fries were cold. There was a long of people waiting to order. While we waited for our meal, a woman and the man with her waited an hour to get her food which was sitting in the window. She had an injured arm wrapped up, unable to cook. The cashier advertised a gf bun which I added to my order for $2.00 but during the wait, we were informed that they were out of Gluten Free buns and the receipt still showed the charge for it. We got a refund but the service was inexcusably slow as we had a flight to catch and were trying to save money by not paying for airport food.

Place clean on walk-in half hour after opening, I was craving a burger so I had high hopes for this place. Sorry, guys disappointment. Ordered my food online in front & walked in about 6 minutes after just to look around, but when I said my name, surprise my food was bagged and already sitting in the to-go area. Wow!? that was quick . Anyway grabbed bag. Yes, it felt a little cold, but I ignored it, mistake .. In car driving away (I had to go) I open bag to start on fries ughh cold and tasted old. I couldn’t eat them, nor could I turn around. Fingers crossed for burger .. nope as soon as I grab the burger, I feel the chill. Why is this food so cold? , & the burger looked sloppy and unappetizing. I pinched it for taste and it was dry. Now I really wonder if I was given yesterday’s food. I couldn’t eat this meal at all. What a waste. No, I won’t return for another try. The guy behind counter was very nice tho.
