I stopped by on their opening day and, as expected, there was a long line—but despite the crowd, the staff kept everything moving quickly and smoothly.
I was in and out in just a few minutes with two delicious drinks that were priced very fairly for the amount you get.
Their menu is huge and super customizable, offering everything from coffee and tea to energy drinks and shakes. There’s truly something for everyone!
7 Brew is an awesome addition to the area, and I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try!

Always have the best service from the sweetest staff. Coffee is amazing and plenty of sugar free options. Today I had my puppers with me and they showed her love and then I got my cup and it melted my dog mom heart. Thanks for always being amazing!

the employees at this stand are always so lovely! they hustle in these cold weather months like it doesn’t bother them and they are so wonderful to interact with. as someone who has worked in food service before, i know it is not easy but they make it look like it is. they handle everything with grace and work as hard as they can everyday. my drinks are always delicious and i am very happy to have a 7Brew in wausau! for being such a new location in the busiest area of town, they are doing good and i believe this stand is ran very well as everyone seems happy to be there!!

I really like this location! Service has always been fast and I’ve always received the correct order. The employees have always been super fun and helpful! My only complaint is that the music played there is often on the loud side, but I’m usually able to be in and out quickly because of fast service so I can’t really complain:)

7 Brew is such a great place to be! The atmosphere is fun, and the Brewistas are incredibly friendly and social. I’ve seen comments complaining about the wait, but I don’t think people realize these employees are working in below-zero temperatures with smiles on their faces—while customers sit comfortably in warm cars. I come for the drinks and the people, and I’ll definitely keep coming back

The drinks are amazing here at 7 Brew, however, me and my friend had endured pretty outrageous customer service from some of this locations staff members. Not only had a customer gotten out of their car and walked inside the building to talk to staff, but they had talked for about 15 minutes, making everyone in line wait for them. After that, when it was our turn to order the staff was extremely rude and off putting when taking our order, and they had applied a tip for themselves without asking if we had wanted to tip or not.

Our first visit to 7 Brew today! Great customer service. Friendly folks. Coffee is still brewed manually on La Marzocco machine which is a huge plus. I had a Breve and my wife had a cold brew. There were million (ok just a bunch) of flavors and drinks come hot or cold. The drive thru (double line) went very quickly. Drinks were hot and cold as ordered. Coffee is quite good. This coming from a coffee snob. I’d use 7 Brew on a road trip. Definitely multiples better than Starbucks.
Give it a try. I’m sure the sugary drinks are great since they can be completely customized. Seems the price is reasonable too.

Disappointed. Paid $7 for coffee flavored milk…even got an extra shot. Paid with card and there was no option to leave a tip… After I paid the employee gave me a weird look and I ended up with a cup of milk….don’t think I’ll be back

I have never had any of the food here so I don’t have a review for that, but my drinks are always perfect. The service is also amazing. I especially love when Zaya is the one serving us. She’s such a sweet girl & really knows what she is doing.
