My truffle fries once dropped to the ground sadly but the workers there gave me a second portion which im grateful for.
Fries are – crispy yum
Burger is a 7.3/10 – not as crunchy as as smash Burger should be, the bun is good, the onion overpowered the Burger. Overall very good.
The chicken burger is – the best chicken burger I have ever had. 9.2/10 absolutely destroyed Popeyes and any other fast food I’ve ever had. You need to try it, crunchy at max level, juicy at max level, everything you’re looking for. Get this!
It was really, really good — juicy, flavorful, and super satisfying. The only thing is it’s on the smaller side, so if you’re hungry, definitely go for two!
Would 100% order again
schnitzel or something similarly traditional whilst I’m Vienna and thought we were settling when entering Smashbox. How wrong we were. This is the best chicken shop you’ll ever encounter. Thanks! We will be back.
– The fries were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Overall, everything was great until I asked for ketchup. This might be typical in Vienna, but considering you have to buy the fries separately, being charged nearly 1 Euro for a tiny sample-sized container of ketchup, which wasn’t even filled, was disappointing.
Seating is limited, though the space wasn’t as small as I expected based on other reviews.
