Oh the cashier tonight at 7:24pm on nov 24, the shorter stature bigger woman, who’s no older than 25, and claims to be the manager, was soooo terrible!!! While checking out she was talking to the other worker when I said yes to rewards she declined it anyways the pizza was wrong but she was too busy talking to hear me tell her anything!! Will be calling corporate she doesn’t need employed anywhere!

This is by far the worst Casey’s we have ever seen. Half the fuel pumps dont work, the cleanliness is the worst (dont use the restroom!), and the employees just dont care (prob because management isnt giving them the funds to keep the place something to be proud of).

Usually Caseys are very good with their orders and service. Unfortunately, I seem to have had a very bad experience with this location. I placed an online order, and they called to tell me that they couldn’t make one of the pizzas so I replaced it with a different one. They charged me without applying the same coupon that I used online, which increase the order cost by $5 even though I replaced a specialty pizza with a two topping. Then there was a $4.53 charge for a phone order, even though I ordered online. They called me because they couldn’t make what I ordered and then charged me for that mistake. The pizza is good but I’m not pleased with the service.
