Cant really rate the service and atmosphere because ordered doordash. We first came to smalls when it first opened, amazing, nothing bad to say about it portions were great. Ordered couple months later and I have like 5 fries in my order… I should’ve got the kids size if I wanted that much fries. Idk what the right portions are but it seems so odd like I might as well have not gotten any. Bummed, I love their fries. Other than that food was okay, I should’ve gone more when they first opened. Another restaurant thats quality and quantity decline after months of being open once all the higher ups go back home.
**update i literally got 5 fries lol thats insane. As expensive as it is, you think youd get a bit more. My boyfriend got more fries than me and he got the 3 sliders, I got the 2. Our shakes were also watery but I cant really blame the store since it was doordash.

This was our 1st time trying this place. I bought a combo for my grandson because he had been craving it. He gave me a bit to try out and I regretted not ordering one for myself. The sliders were very tasty as were the fries. For our return trip, we had to get four, so I could at least have one.

Customer service was super friendly and attentive with very little wait time. The sliders were amazing, and the waffle fries are truly one of a kind—so tasty! Even the Coke was extra crisp. Definitely coming back!

This place looks great and has a fun vibe. However, they are very pricey for what you get. The waffle fries rock, but the sliders are only tolerable. Very basic with a bread to meat ratio that leaves much to be desired. The queso tastes good but has a texture that makes it hard to enjoy… Like they added to much flour when making the roux, or have let it cook out too much moisture, it was less a dip and more a paste.
I will come back to try the Dr Pepper milkshake and those fries, but rarely and I will skip the signature sliders.

Really enjoyed my visit to small sliders! I love that El Paso is growing and these business are thriving! Food was great! The sliders were a great size and the food was filling! I order the 3 slider combo and felt satisfied afterwards! The fries were also great which is important to a good burger place! Only downside is that the seating is all outdoors and in El Paso, it’s hard to enjoy a meal in the heat. They have fans around the seating outside but I would say they should double up on the fans to help beat the heat. Service was really fast and super easy to order! Overall 4.5 starts for me!!

Great spot on the Eastside near the 375 loop! I had the Biggie Smalls combo — it’s like a double, and it hit the spot. The waffle fries are a must. Definitely try the queso dip with them. Super clean place with fast, friendly service, and they even offer a military discount — really appreciate that. Always a good time Slidin’ Through!

The service was good when I went through the drive through the food came out quickly. However my food was not good the burger was flavorless and the amount of fries was very little. We got two meals and spent about $25. Won’t be returning.
