(And when the local Po Po is hitting the drive thru, you know it’s good food!)
The reason I took off two stars was the fries. My fries were soggy and all clumped together. I could not get past those two things to actually enjoy them. They do not have much parking either and if it is busy there or in the area in general, it can be difficult getting out on the main road.
Overall it was ok. The fries ruined it for me. I would give the place another shot in the future however as I know there can be hiccups in the beginning.

A BIT OF A WAIT…
I LOVE IT!
First, the good– the combos are reasonably priced and taste delicious. If you like Arby’s curly fries, these taste very similar, but in a waffle fry configuration. The queso dipping sauce works well with both the burger and fries. On my first visit, I was told the establishment had no milk to do milkshakes.
I’ve since been back 3 or 4 times a week for the past 3 weeks trying to get a milkshake which puts me in a unique position of having seen this establishment over a dozen times at various points in the day. The owner posted below that the parking has been fixed; to that I say see the attached photos. This truck has been taking up the parking in the back of their location for literally weeks, so the parking is not a solved problem. The most convenient place to park at most hours is actually Sumos. Even if the parking issue was fixed, however, they have one entrance blocked with cones and the drive thru line going to the road prevents entry to the restaurant during any busy time.
One evening, they had workers talking to each car that entered the parking lot to let them know they could only order single sliders as they had run out of fries. This was about two weeks in so the manager clearly didn’t get the notice that you always order more food than expected due to initial demand for a new opening. Other nights, you see workers standing outside talking instead of taking orders on their tablet. Overall, not a good look from a management perspective.
As for the milkshake, I still haven’t had one. There are multiple signs in the grass entering the establishment, at the window, and in the drive thru advertising the Cooke Smonster shake, but they haven’t managed to sell me one in 3 weeks because of varying reasons: out of milk, ice cream machine down, waiting on a different maintenance guy, nozzle problem— sounds like pretty serious incompetence on the part of whoever the maintenance person is for the problem to continue evolving without the parts to correct it. At least pull down the signs if you can’t sell the item and, at this point, it’s incredibly unlikely they’ll get this issue resolved before October ends.
So I’d love to give the establishment a 5-star rating, but 3-stars is probably more accurate. Check your expectations at the road while you wait to get in and maybe they’ll get some of their issues fixed with time. The weeks following their opening haven’t been enough, apparently.
