We got a wedding cake and wedding cupcakes that made the periodic table and it exceeded our expectations. My dad went to pick them up for us and said that the customer service was beyond anything he could imagine. They helped carry the cupcakes and cake out to his car and they had everything ready on time and really thought things through. They could have done the bare minimum because we definitely asked for a lot, but they were patient and had phenomenal service. All of that said, the cupcakes and cake never disappoint.

What I love about Smallcakes is you can count on each location having basically the same offering of cupcakes but each one adds their spin. Visited the St Charles location for the first time which has new owners earlier this year. I am celebrating another year with Ramsey so picked up some pupcakes (mini cupcakes for dogs) for him and his friends next door. Of course I picked up some cupcakes for me. They have so much more to offer with their extended hours. I enjoyed a s’mores latte but will be back to try that blueberry latte and of course pumpkin spice. I saw milkshakes also on the menu.

I bought my birthday cake from Smallcakes, and I couldn’t be happier! Everything was delicious, the decorating was amazing and they were so kind and helpful. I had a gluten free cake, and they were able to squeeze my order in a week before because I couldn’t find any other bakery who could complete my order gluten free. Thank you!!!

Got cupcakes for a friend’s birthday. The manager Tiffany helped me pick some out. She was very nice and her hospitality was above and beyond. She took the time to chat and really cared. Service was great! Got a latte too!

I really enjoyed the parfaits and my kids enjoyed the cupcakes. They were super tasty, with tons of frosting. Total sugar rush, but an enjoyable one. Great place to stop if you are cruising through downtown St. Charles, to get a nice snack. We will definitely be back.

I give small cakes a Cupcakery five stars. Everything about this small but high-quality Bakery is quaint and dedicated to details. Besides the fact that you should respect any small business owner that can keep a business going in a small downtown area like that one in st-charles they deserve a lot of credit. Are cupcakes were fantastic, and had lots of great flavor and frosting. These cupcakes would be good for a gift, and for a birthday party.

Absolutely loved their cupcakes!!! 1st time going to this location, as I’m a baker for my job I’m pretty picky, and they definitely did not disappoint!! Will definitely be spreading the word about the delicious treats they have here!!!
