Ordered sushi and upon opening the container, it seemed as though there were a couple missing. I called to express my concern and I was put on hold multiple times.. no one seemed to have a solid answer as to why they were missing. Even further frustrating was the lack of care or concern for my disappointment. I was told “if you are not satisfied, then…I don’t know”. What type of customer service is that? My family and I will NO LONGER order from them!

The food was excellent, service was pleasant, and the portions were good. What was missing was the Hibatchi experience the glasses on the table and silverware weren’t the cleanest and the drink menu was non existent/limited. Overall the food made up for the few things that could be improved. This was not the Hookah side.

I had an amazing experience here! The waitress was absolutely wonderful. friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious; I loved every bite. The place has a bit of an old-fashioned charm, giving off cozy early-2000s vibes, which made it feel just like home. I can’t wait to come back!

Hibachi dinners we had was extremely oily, no flavor at all it all tasted the same, oily. To over priced. The waitress we had late at night was super attentive and on top of her game with use and her pick up orders. The atmosphere is gorgeous though. I rather go to an Asian hibachi better food quality and flavorful with a good price that eating here.

It’s a whole bunch of nothing rolled into rice. If you like big portions go to Noble Fish and for creativity visit INYO and order the chefs choice. Tell them to be creative.

We reserved for 5 people during Ramadan, but while driving (40 minutes out), 3 in our party couldn’t make it due to a child getting sick. We called ahead to update the reservation to 3 people.
The restaurant told us they would either charge us for all 5 or cancel the table; no flexibility at all. We’ve never experienced anything like this. We were forced to scramble and find somewhere else to break our fast.
For a Ramadan Iftar service, the lack of understanding and customer care was extremely disappointing. Families should be aware before booking.

I’ve been on a sushi binge and was searching for a spot near me with great cooked sushi. After a fantastic first visit, I had to go back for a second time (within a week ). Both experiences were fantastic ! I loved the Yum Yum Roll and Stir Fried Steak Rice on my first visit, and the Sky Over the Limit Roll was also tasty on my second visit. The fresh ginger added an amazing aroma, though I’m a big fan of ginger (so it may not matter to many). I’ve only done takeout so far but plan to dine in soon. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend this place!

The customer service was great . I called to see if they can accommodate a party of 14 without notice or reservation and they welcomed us. The food was great.
Sushi was fresh. Restaurant was clean.
Staff was friendly. The manager checked in periodically to make sure everyone got their dishes. Will be back for sure !

Pathetic place. Went for the Iftar buffet and was told we needed a reservation when they never advertised it. Came in with a few people, and the man in the front desk waved us off and said no no were full right now. Happened to go to Iftar buffet 2 minutes down the road. Rude and disrespectful, never again.

The sushi was so good and the shrimp fried rice was good too. The ambience was nice and the waitress was nice as well… the smoothie was A1. ❤️ The dragon king was the best sushi roll all though I enjoyed them all.
