Thick cut bacon for the win! Drinks were tasty. Grits were a little runny and french toast was a little too toasty.

Tom Colicchio’s LI outpost is a lovely addition to the restaurant row of Roosevelt Field. I love it when the Chef and it’s reputation matches the dining experience and the food it produces. Like his Manhattan Craft restaurants, this one felt relaxed and spacious, while still looking very formal and fancy (depends where you’re sitting). Our server Michel was lovely and ensured our food allergies were met and the kitchen did well to accommodate. Much appreciated. From the starters to dessert, I do say, everything was a delight. The most expensive appetizer was big enough to be an entree and totally worth sharing, the Grilled Octopus. The best entree looked to be the Cod (fish) served with snow pea leaves and bacon (ours were swapped with quinoa given the vegetarian request). Seems everyone near us ordered that! I personally ordered the American Wagyu, 8 oz of Snake River Farms Wagyu – like butter. It was served Steak Diane style. Loved every bite. The Meyer lemon custard was outstanding. Very refreshing and the lace cookie on top made it polished and elegant. Nice touch adding fresh citrus fruit as well. Chef de Cuisine Thomas Chang was so gracious to take a photo with us upon request. Compliments to the kitchen.

Good American Fusion, a little bit of this, a little bit of that. We started with the Fried Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Anchovies and Olive Tapenade Crostini. Delicious starter.

To start off, I love the interior of the restaurant. The open kitchen, wooden table, good lighting and choice of music made the whole restaurant super inviting and homey. Ordered the EGGPLANT PARMESAN with burrata, fried eggplant, oven roasted tomatoes & parsley. First time trying burrata and I think it was fresh and was a great pairing with the crispy eggplant and jam-like tomatoes. The FRIED GOAT CHEESE with grilled leeks, roasted red peppers, olive tapenade & marinated white anchovies was a very clever combination of ingredients and I enjoyed matching the ingredients of the eggplant parm and this dish. Baked eggs were good, nothing amazing. I feel like this was a very easy dish to make at home, should’ve went with the eggs benedict. The pan seared with sweet pea, melted leeks & preserved lemon cod was amazing. Crispy top, flaky interior. I never loved peas and leeks as much as this dish gave. The buttery sauce was a great pairing and I couldn’t get enough of it. Great recommendation if you are in Westbury or Long Island for brunch.

Lovely restaurant for a date or group event. The prices are reasonable for a NY restaurant, but their drink menu is amazing! My boyfriend and I came on a quiet Thursday night so I’m not sure what the weekend vibe is like but not many people were there. Food was good and the staff was super attentive. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich.

Had an absolutely amazing Valentine’s Day dinner at Small Batch!!! He had the Cippino I had the short ribs. Utterly delicious. We ended with the cinnamon sugar donuts. So so good. We’ll be back for sure.

Second time coming. This time was for mothers day brunch. Despite the busy holiday, and being a few minutes late for our reservation, the restaurant was accommodating for a large group of us. Service was very quick. Our food was spot on and delicious. The menu varies slightly for each time of the day, at least I noticed some differences from this brunch menu and the menu I had a few weeks ago for lunch. The food is prepared to how you like it, which is super important for steaks and burgers. Food is flavorful – nothing I’ve tasted so far needed additional seasoning / salt / pepper. Such a great eating experience!

Simply the best brunch experience I’ve had on Long Island. Sat us no problem without a reservation on Easter, the staff was beyond sweet and charming and by god it was the best food I’ve put in my mouth in a long time if I could give 10 stars I would. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

It’s been a few years and came back for another visit. Still has some highs and lows and I really would expect just highs from a Top Chef restaurant. The deconstructed eggplant appetizer was unique and delicious. The mozzarella is not melted just fyi. The salmon was good but we’ve had better and for a more reasonable price. The turkey sandwich was very good. The spicy chicken sandwich was great and had all the details right including a zippy pickle. However, the sandwich is really rich/ heavy / oily so I probably should have only ate half and saved half. The desserts including the skillet cookie and peach cobbler were just OK. The decor as always is really nice. The hostess was good our waitress was really lacking.
