I tried the Jerk Chicken MAC and honestly… this combo just works.
You get that smoky, spicy jerk flavor mixed with creamy mac and cheese, and then the sweet plantain bits pop in and balance everything out. The shredded chicken is juicy, the garlic greens add a little freshness, and those toasted coco bread crumbs on top give it that crunchy finish.
And that little Caribbean hot pepper spritz at the end? It wakes the whole dish up.
It’s one of those plates that sounds a little crazy at first, but once you try it, it makes perfect sense. Sweet, spicy, creamy… all in one bite. Definitely not your average mac and cheese.

We loved it. Cool vibe and awesome staff. We were in Seguin for an event held at the University and searched online for vegan options. We were not disappointed in choosing to come here. Loved the cashew cheese and the add ons for the Mac n Cheese. Really love that they have GF pasta as well. We will always make a trip here every time we are in Sequin.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Delicious food. Chose your own, or one of their special mixes. Located within Seguin Schoolyard venue. Store front is not visible from street, enter the gate and down the sidewalk on left. Amazing place!

Soooo good!! If you love Mac & cheese, this is the spot for you. They have so many combinations and specialty bowls. The portions are huge too. I have yet to try something I didn’t like. The service is fantastic and friendly. Take your kids and leashed dogs and grab a beer while you are there. It’s a great spot to hang and watch the game while eating some unique and delish Mac!

I love sMAC’n Noodles! The custom vegan mac is my absolute favorite, and I love that they offer a vegan sauce. The employees are always so friendly and even remember my custom order. My coworkers and I come here weekly and love it.

Was in town working at a dealership for the week and randomly came across this spot for lunch
Coming from food industry I was first impressed by how meticulously well maintained and clean the overall of the restaurant was.
Secondly the owner never disappointed with a positive disposition, I went back the next day lol, and was always pleased with the experience
Lastly o….m….g. The Tikka bowl was my first get, you can feel every gram of spice in this thing, which you are greeted by the fragrance as soon as you open the door FRESH!!!! I came back the next day and grabbed the buffalo bowl which if I can honestly say, is impossible to determine which I loved more.
The “icing” on the cake was the vanilla bean frosting sugar cookies. You can see the actual vanilla fragments in the frosting and im not one for sugar cookies all the time but these were overwhelmingly smooth and delicious. Highly recommend you make a stop here for for any reason you can think of.

The food was really good. First time trying it. I would definitely order again in time. The seasons were very new to me but very interesting flavor. Buffalo Mac and Tikka. My son was very impress.
