I ordered the Swiss Bank Account Burger, and every bite was a solid 10/10. The flavor was bold, juicy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of grease to create a little moment of heaven in every bite.

I ordered the much anticipated Philly style brisket burger and it did not disappoint! The perfect amount of green peppers and onions combined with American cheese, the burger patty, and of course, brisket. All the flavors worked so well together, and the meat was perfectly smoky and tender.
This is my favorite place to also get chicken strips. I love the sauce that is included. A trip to Vancouver Mall wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t stop in at Smacktown.

Food was fantastic!! Had the Smakin Classic with fries and the 4pc. Smakin Wings running about 23$. Burger flavor was overall very pleasant. None of the ingredients overshowdowed the others. The the sweet and savory sauce on the wings was amazing. The main flavor of the sauce is green onion but isn’t overpowering. They also had a very good crunch to them. Only downside really isn’t a downside and that would be the fries. Nothing wrong with them, just a pretty safe and simple fry with complementary cup of ketchup. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic burger or wings.

The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately that’s where the positive experience ended. When my husband walked up to order in person, the young man at the counter was on his phone and he had to wait for him to acknowledge him. Our mozzarella sticks did not come with marinara sauce, and my (2) kids meals did not come with drinks that are listed in the menu. When he asked to take out his order, the employee handed him 5 takeout boxes and he had to ask for a bag, which then took him 2 solid minutes to package up.

This was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The food was AMAZING! definitely 10/10 and the customer service was exceptional! Those guys deserve a round of applause because when I got there, there was a huge line and it was only two of them at the time and they managed it gracefully and efficiently. I will most definitely be back with my family so they can try it!

The food was ahhhh-mazing! So good we went back the very next day because my wife was craving that incredible burger again! Everything was literally top notch and not a single gripe about anything. The owner I presume is such a personable and talkative guy just makes you feel super welcomed and appreciative. Highly recommend the mushroom Swiss and OG. Chicken was definitely on point as well. Well done you guys.

I’ve always had good experience with the owner of the place every time I’ve gone here. Love the food that I have been able to try so far. But today they had a young man running the register and he got the pricing of the food wrong. I went to let him know that it was priced wrong. I didn’t want him getting in trouble for giving me free food. So I tried telling him but one of the cooks yelled from the back to stop what he was doing and one of them walked out and without saying a word started working on the register. I went to say something about the wrong pricing with an attitude he told me to hold on. I asked what was the attitude for and he said it was because I started talking to him as soon as he came up. While trowing up his hand making the talking gesture. I told him there was no reason for the attitude and he got even more rude. After that I told him I’m good and don’t want the food anymore and he said good get out of here then. I would love to give this place 5 stars but if that’s how the employees act when the owner isn’t around then that’s bad business. For the owner it happened between 3pm to 4pm on 01/25/26. If you have cameras I suggest you watch to see how they are acting. I’ve always enjoyed the food and the attitude before this but this was nothing but attitude and disrespectful. Customer service is a big part of a job so when you are nothing but disrespectful it starts to show against the company/restaurant.

Huge shoutout to George and Spencer—both are always professional, welcoming, and make sure everything is on point from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and take pride in what they do. That kind of energy makes a big difference and keeps people coming back.

Amazing food ,the chef was so friendly and nice I recommend this place to anyone. If you want a good crispy cheese pull make sure to get the mozzarella sticks for sure

Beats my all time favorite burger place. This is my new favorite burger spot. The burgers are simple and delicious! No crazy menu. Just delicious quality ingredients. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff are welcoming. We had the Smack Burger and the Smack Grilled Cheeseburger. The food comes with a generous, but not overwhelming amount of fries.
