Incredible food and service! We ordered the fish and chips and the caramelized scallops, both were amazing! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was beautifully presented. Definitely recommend!

We came here for lunch during our trip to Half Moon Bay and were pleasantly surprised at the service, quality food and atmosphere. The restaurant is run by the nicest people and served up some of the best paella I’ve had. While the menu was a little limited that say, the dishes we ordered (pork belly and paella) were amazing and worth the trip. Highly reccomendation for anyone looking for a place to eat in the area. We will be back again for sure.

I meant to write this review so long ago… We spent a few nights in HMB around Thanksgiving 2021, and this was by far the best meal we enjoyed during our time there. It is truly a gem and we enjoyed every dish: the gambas al ajillo were flavorful and incredibly juicy, the ribs fell off the bone, and the paella was loaded with goodies and reminiscent of my time in Spain.

My scallops were good but my partner’s fish and chips was quite bad. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the server.

My husband and I love Spain and Spanish food, so we were excited to try their paella when we saw it on Google. We came for lunch and ordered the mixed paella (with clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari and chorizo). I have to say that it was just as good as any of the paella we remember eating in Spain where we made it our mission to find the best paella. Another couple walked in at the same time as us and left because they didn’t want to wait the 35 minutes for their food, but we were so glad we waited! It was fresh, flavorful and piping hot right out of the oven. There was plenty of seafood and meat and the sauce on top was delicious. In addition, the restaurant was clean and the service was excellent—the owner was incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We’ll be back for sure!

The quality, flavor, and presentation standards are very high. The menu is limited, but each item we ordered felt expertly crafted in each detail. Will return to try the paella .

What an amazing experience! We ordered the scallops, the seafood paella and the sangria, everything was so tasty, properly fresh cooked! As an european, definitely well impressed with the paella, haven’t had one like this in the US. And the gentleman who took care of us during our visit, what a fantastic service, felt really well taken care of, thank you! If you are a paella fan, bear in mind that good fresh paella takes a little while to prepare and they tell you in advance that might take around 35min for the paella to be prepared, and time flies, it is so worth it, definitely do it! We will be back very soon!

Frying oil was off, ruining the fish and fries with acrid after taste. The other food was good. Bad experience for the price.
