We were excited to see Slutty Vegan Birmingham as we passed thru the city. Every single thing we ordered was spectacular! I had the Main Chik combo and my husband got the tenders meal. We also had the banana pudding which is out of this world. The atmosphere is upbeat and they play excellent music. We also got to try the deep fried cauliflower and the flavors of the sauce are amazing! I am definitely going to order that next time. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like family when you are there. I highly recommend Slutty Vegan Birmingham you will not be disappointed.

Slutty Vegan is a fantastic little spot in Woodlawn that you’ll have to try to believe. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, carnivore or somewhere in between, they have delicious food that everyone can get down with. The portions will absolutely fill you up and an order of the large homewrecker fries is enough for two by itself. Try it and become a believer for yourself!!

cute. have been wanting to try it for a while as i love trying vegan food. pretty pricey imo, but i still gave it a try. got the sloppy toppy. i liked the flavors. i believe they use beyond patties so they’re not super firm compared to other vegan patties, but fine nonetheless.
the burger was much smaller than i thought it would be, but that’s marketing, eh? the fries were good.
employee was nice enough.

Great service and love the vibe of the restaurant. This was my first time trying this place and I was excited. My food was not good. Im not sure what it’s supposed to be but it looks nothing like the photo. Tastes like play-doh.

First time here! I heard about it but never been. I’m visiting Birmingham and when I saw one was here I had to check it out! It surpassed my expectations! I got the hooker fries and the 6 piece Bougie Heaux Wings. Thai Chilli flavor with a mango lemonade! I didn’t make it out the restaurant. The music, vibe, and staff were all amazing!! I can’t brag enough!! This is one of my favorite experiences from a black owned restaurant! Everything was perfect! Thank you for a great experience! Food is AMAZING!!!
I’m not a virgin anymore!

My wife and I have heard of the Slutty Vegan and seen it on TV and always wanted to experience it. We were in Birmingham for our anniversary and decided to go to the Slutty Vegan and we are glad we did. Word of advice, come in with a sense of humor by the creative advertising and names of the food items. The location was very clean, but small and it has a couple of tables (tall round three seater tables) and an access to a bathroom. The staff were friendly and they had the music in the business playing very loud for such a small place. We ordered our food, the Hollywood Hooker which is a vegan style Philly Cheese Steak combo that comes with crinkle fries and a drink (lemonade) and we offered another drink (lemonade) and a banana pudding (all pudding no vanilla wafers). When we got the food it was nice and hot. The Hollywood Hooker, fries, lemonade and the banana pudding all tasted great. The only downside was the banana pudding only had one small piece of banana in it. We know this business must do good because while we were there for about 45 minutes, multiple people were coming in placing orders. This is another location that we will want to come back to in the future and try the other vegan options they have available.

First time in Alabama visiting the Legacy and service was a very long wait. We saw Walmart bags that Uber Eats dropped off, after we ordered. Me and my Husband was like babe i don’t think this is going to be a descent spot. The food was not good and as a Philadelphian i must say it’s hard to top food like back at home, BUT i usually give grace. This service and food was unacceptable. I’ve never gave a bad rating, but you guys should be reported it’s kind of hard to make this up. Please, make changes and be BETTER. We love to invest in the people, but treat the people with care. Nourish them with quality healthy food and service them how you would want to be service.

This place is a total hidden gem for anyone looking for something unique! Despite the bold name, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and high-energy. The service is top-notch; the staff is quick, friendly, and genuinely happy to help you navigate the menu. The location is super convenient, and the interior is both stylish and spotless. The food exceeded all my expectations juicy, filling, and made with high-quality ingredients. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for great vibes and an amazing meal!

Food was good, but I wouldn’t return, tbh. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it. What really got me is the automatic 18% gratuity added for the 2 foot walk from the counter to our table.

Ordered the cheese steak (no onions/peppers/jalapenos) and wasn’t that impressed. Sandwich was small compared to an actual Philly cheesesteak and was messy to eat.

Fries were good.

Strawberry lemonade was delicious. Mango lemonade was good but kinda gave a flavor like it was infused with cannabis for some reason (it wasn’t, to be clear)

My girlfriend got the one night stand (bacon cheeseburger) and enjoyed it, she would give it a 4.5/5

Because I always tip service workers I handed the guy a $5 bill. Upon examining my receipt I noticed a gratuity for $7.20 was also added. (2) Combos with lemonades was $51 + my $5 cash tip….

That meal was Not worth $56.

Maybe $35-40.

Finally, Gregoree was great. High energy, very welcoming and very helpful.

In summation, it’s nice to have a fully vegan restaurant to eat at because my gf is vegan, but I wouldn’t come back because it feels overpriced for what is essentially a takeout spot.

So this was a place that was pretty hyped from people at the last vegan fest i was at. They sold out and the line was endless.

Finally got to try it since I’m here visiting and it was pretty disappointing. We both got chicken sandwiches with fries. The chicken sandwich had 2-3 tenders with mayo, very little jalapeños and some sauce. That’s it. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions. The cheese was not cooked, the bun was straight out of the bag and it tasted like cafeteria / event food.

But the staff were friendly and i liked the vibe. Don’t think i can recommend or will be trying out again
