Honest review from an Asian perspective, this place is way too overhyped. The ramen was unauthentic and underwhelming I wouldn’t even call it ramen. It’s more like fusion noodles and it’s definitely way too overpriced for it (€25/bowl ). The noodles lack QQ texture, the chashu is not at all what ramen chashu is supposed to be like and they added basil leaves (?!?!) to the shio ramen …….. if you’re craving authentic Japanese ramen, this place doesn’t really cut it. But as a normal noodle dish its alright I guess would give it a 6/10 — was decent to eat but I wouldn’t crave it or come back to eat it

I’ve eaten quite a lot of ramen, but Slurp absolutely lived up to the expectations and all the talk about you being one of the best places.

You also get a real sense of how the kitchen works to make sure every guest gets the best possible experience.

Another thing that really touched me was how attentive the service staff are. I was waiting for a friend, and they checked in on me a couple of times it was really kind, and it’s exactly how everyone in the service industry should treat guests.

I’m local, so I’ll definitely be back again soon.

Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Wilson!

A friend and I went for an early dinner to avoid waiting too long in line and it was a good strategy :). Was looking forward to trying Slurp based on the high reviews. Had the Nduja ramen which was nice for the novelty aspect. Also got the karaage chicken as a starter but portion was very small for the price point. Service was very efficient.

The ramen was delicious, the broth was rich and fragrant, and the noodles were especially excellent. However, I felt the chicken karaage was a bit too salty and lacked the herbal aroma of ginger.

Food was amazing, we had the chicken, the gyozas and the nduja ramen (which is not spicy at all) it just didn’t had enough meat.
The place is really small but cozy.

Slurp is a cozy ramen joint that delivers a solid bowl when you’re in the mood for noodles. The Shio Ramen is light but flavorful, while the Veggie Ramen is surprisingly hearty and doesn’t feel like a compromise. The gyoza is fine and the Nduja Miso ramen is just okay, leaning more on the novelty side than the must-order list. Still, the vibe is casual and welcoming, and the ramen itself is satisfying enough to keep you warm on a cold Copenhagen day.

The ramen and all the starters were so MID. Ramen was a little bit greasy for me that I didn’t even finish all. VERY overpriced regarding the food you get. Atmosphere was very average, packed with people and you have to sit in a bar really close to each other.
I don’t recommend

Fusion Japanese ramen, the sashimi was good, the rest was not absolute terrible. The most disturbing part is that you have to pay after every time you order something, also kinda small space if you sit at the bar and they expect us to just squeeze in 🙂

We were cold and tired after a looooong day exploring and this was the perfect, most delicious, end. So delicious and a great atmosphere with some good music. This is the best ramen I’ve eaten! I want to come back to Copenhagen just to eat it again.

Perfect dinner for a cold and rainy day in Copenhagen! Veggie ramen was perfection. Friendly staff. Had a lovely orange wine and the alcohol free beer was great.
