Had a delicious lunch at Carve 52 in Doylestown today and was blown away by the quality! We tried Dino’s Chopped Pork Sandwich and the Classic Turkey Sandwich, and both were absolutely fantastic. The flavors were spot on – fresh, savory, and high-quality ingredients that left us perfectly content.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere is wonderful. The owners, Bobby and David, were there and couldn’t have been nicer. It’s rare to find such great food paired with such genuine, warm hospitality. If you’re looking for a top-tier meal in town, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious lunch and awesome vibes every time! My favorite is the pork sandwich with extra long hots-it’s a must. I like to pair it with a minestrone soup, and a bag of chips. Don’t forget the Topo Chico to top it all off!

Highly recommend checking it out-you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Bobby and everyone at Carve!

We visited Carve 52 on a rainy Saturday afternoon and were immediately impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming, bright, and very clean. We were greeted by the owner, Bobby, and his staff. Bobby personally introduced himself and genuinely thanked us for coming in, which made the experience feel extra special.

The menu offers a great variety of sandwiches, with so many good options that it was hard to choose. We ended up ordering the Cuban and the signature pork sandwich, and both were outstanding. You could truly taste the quality in every bite. The roll was fresh and soft with just the right amount of crunch, and the sesame seeds added a great depth of flavor.

We love supporting local businesses, and Carve 52 is one we’ll absolutely be returning to. Already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Carve 52 is a delicious new addition to Doylestown, and a must-visit for any sandwich lover. Created by local restaurateur Bobby Simone, it brings a bold, flavorful twist to classic hot and cold sandwiches — think South Philly soul meets Chicago-style Italian grinder.
I tried the specialty beef sandwich and was seriously impressed. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor, and the locally baked bread held everything together perfectly — soft enough to soak up the juices, but sturdy enough to handle every bite. It’s clear that every ingredient was carefully chosen.
As a Doylestown local who travels often, it’s awesome to see a place like this pop up — fresh, friendly, and rooted in real food. Chef Zach (who I also play basketball with at the Y!) is doing a great job bringing energy and creativity to the kitchen. He’s a West Chester grad and former baseball player, and you can see his passion in the food.
The space is welcoming, the team is enthusiastic, and while the shop is still growing, it already feels like a local staple in the making. Hoping they add gelato soon — it’d be the perfect sweet finish.
Whether you’re catching a film at the County Theater or just craving something real and satisfying, Carve 52 is absolutely worth a stop. So glad I went!

Carve 52 is seriously a hidden gem in Doylestown. The place has such a cool vibe the second you walk in. We had our holiday party there this year and it was 100% worth it. They took great care of us and made the whole night super easy and enjoyable. I have to mention the roast beef sandwich… absolutely unreal. One of the best sandwhiches I’ve had anywhere. I’m still thinking about it. If you haven’t tried this place yet, definitely do. I’ll be back soon for sure.

I went to Carve 52 in Doylestown and it was amazing! I ordered the hot roast pork sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The roll, broccoli rabe, long hot pepper, and sharp provolone all worked perfectly together. I especially appreciated the house au jus, since I prefer my roast pork very moist and juicy. This sandwich is right up there with DiNic’s. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Have been hearing about this place for some time. I have to say, the word of mouth is true. I had their roast pork sandwich and it’s the best one I’ve ever had. The bread was sturdy enough to hold the heaping pile of pork, without making me feel like I needed a nap afterwards! It’s a cold day so I started with a bowl of chili. It was fantastic. Cannot recommend Carve 52 enough.. Check it out. You’ll be glad you did!

Best sandwiches in Doylestown! We’ve been twice and tried all the sandwiches and every one of them is fantastic. I thought the turkey was the best. And be sure to try the macaroni salad, it was also very good. Every time I have been there the staff was always extremely friendly, the restaurant was always very clean, and the food was consistently great. We will for sure be back!

Great sandwich spot. Owner came over to say hi and was super nice to the kids. Grilled cheese for kids was gourmet. Pork sandwiches and cheesesteaks were big and delicious. Quick service as well! I recommend!

Delicious food. Outstanding Service. Friendly atmosphere.

UNBELIEVABLE! In a world filled with kiosks and “just going through the motions” service- I couldn’t believe that an eatery like this existed!

Upon entering it’s alluring, tucked away location, we were greeted by the hostess who had the brightest, most welcoming, smile! Her warm demeanor set a positive tone as we ordered our food.

The menu focuses on handcrafted, creative sandwich, (and soup), combinations- a tough decision, as every choice sounded mouth-watering. The head chef was in view and with a genuine smile he helped us customize our order.

There was a welcoming ambiance about the space with rustic wood floors, tables set with checkered tablecloths, and small lamps. We sat ourselves in the cozy, intimate, atrium.

The minestrone soup was simply soul warming. It comprised of a rich broth with a medley of hearty ingredients, making each spoonful a delight!

Both the veggie sandwich and the hand carved turkey sandwich were packed with fresh, quality ingredients tucked into a roll… (Gotta write about the roll…. Bread can make or break a sandwich and WOW did this bread MAKE IT! It was so fresh! Italian style- crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside- baked to perfection), and covered in a blanket of creamy cooper sharp cheese. Pure Bliss.

As we were indulging, Bobby Simone himself came over, warmly welcomed us, chatted with us a bit, and showed us around. We felt like esteemed guests. It was a wonderful experience.
