Went here when we were headed out of town. It was peak dinner hour, but for a busy place the staff moved quickly to get the next table seated. Fish and chips were overcooked and my son and partner were not impressed. The steak salad was really good and the staff is AMAZING. A place to eat that I think has decent food depending on what you order, but a great staff and local craft beer and wine make it worth checking out.

The food was great, the service was fast and the staff were nice. The building itself and the interior design was good. The only reason that I give a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that the bathroom (the men’s at least) wasn’t doing great. It was probably just because of the weekend rush at a pub and that they can’t just close the bathroom during the rush, but still. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Burgers were OK, tasted good but one of the patties was wet. Chicken salad was pretty basic. Main downside was temperature – air conditioning was too aggressive, we were freezing there (beginning of August). Also a bit pricier than comparable restaurants in the neighborhood.

Very underwhelming. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious. Then our burgers came out. They looked great, juice dripping when we picked them up. But when we took a bite. Zero flavor, no seasoning on that patty, so disappointing. Also tried a pizza. The crust was like a cheap pita and basically tasted similar to totinos freezer pizza. We spent almost $100 for our meal. No drinks. We left fed, but not satisfied.

We were pretty disappointed in the fish plate and chicken sandwich. You could tell both were frozen and they were not very good quality. They were over priced for what you get IMHO. I would try maybe a burger or steak if I had to visit here again. We also tried the wontons and french onion soup. They were not bad.

If you enjoy a fun, clean pub, stop in here for a drink and food. I had the gluten free pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The Pub offers a wide variety of drinks and food options. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wished I lived closer because I would go back!!!

Great bar and friendly bartender. The French Onion Soup was quite good. The fries are the real deal. Nice selection of beers and wines. Would like to go back to try their prime rib and won tons.

The Slippery Otter is a decent pub style restaurant in a touristy town. For this reason, you should expect there to be families and kids at all times. Slightly takes away from the pub experience but it isn’t bad. Food is decent but won’t blow you away. It’s what you would expect from a pub. Service was good and food came out fast. Fries could be a little less dry but overall ok.
