i went to the drive through and had to wait for 20 mins plus for someone to serve me and then i was spoken to rudely and when im telling my order shes not replying at what im asking and then she said bye and cut me off. never go there. i don’t recommend.

Basically got our whole order wrong. Ordered a blended coffee was not blended refused to blend it for us then forgot my chicken sandwich which was on the receipt. Showed the receipt they kept it and said we are lying. It was in the bag and wanted a free sandwich.? Then proceeded to tell my friend that she lying there isn’t even a car outside ” went thru drive thru” I drive her in my car to the front so she could see but instead laughed at us like they haven’t embarrassed us enough. This was around 3:00p.m. to like 4:00 p.m. Idk why they did that to us. We weren’t rude or nothing. And we just paid $32 and some change.

I’ve been to this Mc Donald’s anumerous amount of times. In the evening the food and service is horrible, very long drive thru waits. The frys are always cold if not partially still frozen and the accuracy of my order being right is about 15 % . The workers at the drive thru window are not very friendly, I almost get the feeling that they don’t even want to be there. I enjoy Mc Donald’s every now and then.But for some reason, when I go to this location, I feel like i’m bothering the staff by showing up. It’s unfortunate for me, because I will now have to deviate directions on my way home.

Place is damn near a dump. Clean mist of the time but feels just so much like garbage. Service takes long as hell and they don’t even have the decency to acknowledge the customers waiting for service in front. Because it’s damn near cold when you get it, it’s completely cold when you get to place you’re going to eat it.

Since McDonald’s started their new service model with the kiosks it has become ridiculously difficult to get someone to help or even turn around and look at you. They usually always have one person on front counter but they are so busy gathering people’s orders that they never remember to check to see if there is anyone waiting at the register who needs help. The food takes much much longer to get to you now because the same person who works the front desk also has to run orders to waiting cars. I absolutely hate the new way McDonald’s has implemented for ordering it makes a McDonald’s visit just frustrating.

This location always makes me park even for a sandwich or two; taking the ‘fast’ out of ‘fast food’. I know they do it to keep drive-thru times down but what’s the point of even tracking it if they exploit the system?

The service was fairly quick, though it did get a bit slow during peak hours. The dining area was clean and the staff were polite.

Since this is the only fast food close to home I put up with it a few times, but this will be the last. Wouldn’t give me a receipt after charging me for a medium when I asked large (not a big deal). But on top of screwing up the order and soaking everything in spicy sauce (which I specifically asked not to get) it just looks disgusting, I can’t believe any reasonable person would prepare this. I’m utterly disappointed…

Lowsy service, took 20min to get two combos, then they forgot my drinks, ignored me until I had to yell to get their attention, then forgot the straws, then found out I couldn’t even eat my burger because even though I requested no onion because of an allergy, there were onions on it. Glad I’m just passing through, but this has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to.
