My wife and I ordered the mushroom cheesesteaks on DoorDash. What we got was hamburger patties on sub rolls with cheese. No grilled onions and about 6 mushrooms on the side for both subs. We took the subs back to the restaurant which is also called Philly Fresh on DoorDash. The owner was extremely rude to us arguing with us that it was steak and that grilled onions were not on the menu description. He refused to give us a refund and told us to leave the restaurant. We went out to the parking lot and he followed us out still yelling at us. Yelling that if we didn’t get out of his parking lot he was going to call the police. Just to inform anyone reading this, we had ordered cheesesteaks from here before and thought they were good. This was our first time there and found the restaurant to be dirty. He is the rudest restaurant owner I have ever met.

Wow, the food is delicious! Got the chopped pork sandwich which was amazing. But it was the kindness of the owner which really won me over. This is a business worth supporting and I highly recommend it.

this was honestly the worst thing i have ever had. the building smelt like a dirty grease trap. i ordered and barbecue chicken sandwich(through a third party site- for pick up) and was given a hard bun with two chicken patties on it. The bottom of the “cornbread” had a gelatinous substance i presume was grease. i waited 15 minutes at the store and upon arrival what looked to be the only worker there was sitting at a table and hadn’t even started my order. This restaurant(shall i be generous enough to call it that) operates on 4 different 3rd party delivery sites under different names, i find that very suspicious.

I’ve finally found my go-to BBQ spot! Slim’s BBQ hit the mark with everything I was looking for—genuine, home-cooked backyard BBQ, not the usual franchise fare. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with steak fries and baked beans, and all of it was incredible. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful, the fries perfectly crispy, and the baked beans had that rich, smoky flavor I crave. Jeff, the owner, was super friendly and guided me through the menu, making me feel right at home. Prices are a steal. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting this local gem!

Never again. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t ignore this. The wings were so overcooked and dry that they were more bone than meat. The pulled porked was inedible. It was literally chunks of gelatinous fat with teeny bits of unseasoned pork attached. There was no sauce on anything or as an option during ordering. The food was cold. The French fries and the potato salad were passable. The “pork” had to be thrown away and I barely got 10 edible bites pulled from the wings for my child to eat. I’m so disappointed in the amount of money spent for food that literally couldn’t be eaten. I really wanted to support a local eatery since we’re new here but I could have ordered Sonny’s for less and been able to actually eat my meal.

Antique Collectors will burst with happiness when you see the antique soda dispensers in the space, not to mention a few more awesome antiques. Only 1 table. More of grab and GO, thumbs up slim! Thanks for a tasty dinner & being a gracious host to our kids. You have my thumbs up. Sorry I didn’t take photos this time. We ate it right away.

Worst food I have ever eaten. Macaroni and cheese was awful. 4 or 5 spiral pasta noodles in a liquid cheese sauce. Candied yams were awful. Ribs were awful. Didn’t get 2 sides that I ordered. Im sure they would have went in trash too. Sure would like a refund. I feel robbed.

Little iffy about this place. I placed an order on door dash, got it and on one of my boxes it said “don’t have green bean casserole today” and wrote his phone number and name instead of calling me to tell me, he didn’t even give me a replacement. Mac n cheese was definitely reheated in the microwave, it was awful. Ribs tasted like they were cooked 2 days ago. The pulled pork also tasted as if it was cooked 2 days ago.. Didn’t get my extra order of fries, or the wings that came with my ribs and wing combo… needs some work for sure before I’ll go back

We ordered 30 wings using grub hub. They were absolutely HORRIBLE! Brown and soggy. There were 6 of us and 2 were brave enough to even try them and they spit it back out. Not sure if it was because we ordered 30 min. before closing or if this is normal. But I would not recommend the wings AT ALL!
