I went there to get a chili fry with no cheese from the drive-thru. I opened the box, and it didn’t look like there was any chili on my chili fry. Like maybe one tablespoon under the fries. I might as well have gotten a fry! You would think that, the fact I didn’t want cheese, they would actually give me some chili. I didn’t tell them light chili. Really skimpy!

Great food! The cheeseburger is delicious to have every once in a while when you just want a juicy, cheese gooed delight and their chicken strip baskets are great even without the sauces. Their ice cream are always pretty good when I come in too

Average. They’re stingy with the sizes. A large at this location looks like the medium at other stores, and they have trouble dipping the cones.

I’d like to meet the “friendly” staff that people are claiming works at this location because I haven’t met them. Every time I have gone through the drive through the staff are incredibly rude. It’s became a point of emphasis between my wife and I to try and get the staff to smile or be friendly, and every time it seems like the rudeness gets worse. The ice cream is fine, I don’t have a complaint about it. Unfortunately there aren’t many quick service places to cure a sweet tooth in Holly, otherwise I wouldn’t go here at all. I’ve now dealt with the owners, and most of the staff and the common theme is disrespect and rudeness. Me giving one star is generous.

They didn’t have a sign that they were serving from the drive thru, so we were a little disappointed. Then we saw their drive thru sign and we placed our ice cream order. My husband’s ice cream blizzard was a little melted. It tasted good but not the DQ quality.

My husband and I live in Holly so we have been to this Dairy Queen location a good amount of times. We are never blown away by the customer service (it just seems like we are an inconvenience to them every time we go there) however tonight’s visit was by far our worst experience. The boy taking our order was very unwelcoming to say the least but he was better than the young gal taking our money at the window. She didn’t even look our way, say thanks, or have a night nice. This type of behavior is not something I usually tolerate, especially since we are the ones giving them business. However, I don’t feel right picking fights with young kids. All this to say, we WON’T be back.
