A busy Sunday afternoon. Drive thru is wrapped around the building, lots of people inside ordering and eating. Well worth the wait. Food is always hot and fresh. And the service was great. The people cooking had it going on as did the staff at the front counter.

I ordered delivery from Slim Chickens on 10/31 and it arrived soaked in grease and inedible. I called and spoke with an employee who told me that they would replace my order, but it was already getting late and we ate sandwiches. She told us that she would write my name on the board and my order would be replaced when I called in. I attempted to call in my replacement order and the employee was rude to me and asked me if they “really needed to replace the whole order” as if I were trying to scam. I spent over $70 on food that was unable to be eaten and was treated like I wanted to scam for some chicken tenders when it was supposed to be made right. At this point, they just owe me my money back. You can see how unappetizing it is from the photos and I honestly didn’t want to give them a 2nd chance. The only reason I did is because the young woman who talked to me on the phone that night was exceptionally kind and understanding. Unfortunately, I was not met with the same level of respect and service when calling to try again.

We really enjoyed the variety of different ways they serve the chicken. It is a wonderful place for the whole family. They also have sports on the various flat screens. The most important is the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms.

First time trying this place. Got a cheddar wrap and fries. Sauce used on wrap was very good with lots of flavor. They used quality lettuce as well and that really helped put the wrap over the top. Would recommend to others and will be returning
