Probably one of the worst slim chickens I’ve been to all over the country. Always insanely slow! Line will be wrapped around the building and not moving on a regular basis. Check your order!!! Not uncommon for them to get it wrong with this location.

Absolutely FILTHY ! Doors, trash can lids, bathroom, walls, floors… walked out without ordering and am so disappointed! I love Slim Chickens food but this team must do better before I will trust their food quality and safety ! Management, pay attention! First of all I have to give this place five stars. The food is very good for the price, don’t get me wrong you could probably find a place that has better tasting wings but one thing that sets this place apart is the excellent customer service. The young lady and young man at the counter was very polite and handled me and my crew with Grace and style with a smile. What most establish don’t understand you can have the best food with the worst customer service and nobody will want revisit that place again on the other hand you have mediocre food with great customer service the people will keep coming back. Slim chicken has good food with excellent customer service.

This used to be our favorite chicken place in town, but it’s clear that management and/or the owners no longer care about food quality or cleanliness. The chicken has taken a noticeable dive in quality. It’s OK, but no longer worth the price. It tastes like re-heated frozen chicken.
This place is also always dirty. See photos from our latest and last visit. The drink machines look like they are never cleaned and when there is a mess (see pic) they just put a bucket under it. They don’t even bother to clean up spills. We let the workers know about the messes before we got our food and these pics were taken 30 minutes later when we were done with our meal.
Sorry for not getting a pic of the roaches in the bathroom.
The workers were very nice. I feel bad for them that management here is so poor. We will not be going back any time soon. Maybe we’ll give it another chance in a year and hope it’s under new management.

In my recent visit to Slims Chicken, I was impressed with the exceptional quality of food and customer service. I would like to extend my appreciation to Anissa, the Assistant General Manager, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and personable demeanor. Her night shift team also provided outstanding service. Although there was a brief delay in receiving my order, Anissa, the cashier, and I engaged in pleasant conversation. Anissa’s professionalism and friendly nature were truly commendable. The food was exceptional. Thank you, Anissa.

I decided to splurge a little since their food is a bit pricey, but you know what they say “you get what you pay for”. Well first off my tenders were hard, and cold. They also counted that small, about a quarter size piece as a tender. Next the fries were very soggy, and cold as well. I mean even the bread was cold and limp. Even their cups say ” fresh, made to order”, so you can imagine how disappointed I am.
