A 10-15 minute wait after pulling in fron of the window. Only about a 7 minute drive home. When we open them up the pickles were so drenched in oil ranch wouldnt touch them without sliding right off. The mushrooms I got were literally swimming in oil. So soggy that the breading wasnt breading but wet mush that had the appearance of vomit even after I tried to dump them onto a paper towel to maybe save them the container they were in was a bowl of oil and the mushrooms were inedible slop. Moved the mushrooms so you could see the amalgamation of disgusting mushy “breading”

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at Slim Chickens. Over my last few visits I’ve noticed portions getting smaller, but this visit was unacceptable. My order was completely wrong, the food was ice cold, I received barely any fries, and my Cayenne Ranch sauce was missing. On top of that, my chicken was grilled instead of fried.
This feels like a company that has shifted focus away from customers and toward cutting costs. Slim Chickens used to be known for quality and service, and this experience was a major disappointment. I hope the company remembers its roots and starts prioritizing customers again.

After so long wanting to try this chicken and I finally get the courage to do it. It’s not that I had heard it was bad or anything. I just never had the appeal to go. Maybe because they were Slim chickens. I don’t know. It sounded to me like they were going to be way too healthy if you know what I mean. But I made a few minutes out of my busy day to stop by and try it. And I’m glad I did because although I didn’t think they were exceptionally good or better than any other place, I did try a different approach and so that made it a nice experience worth sharing and also worth rating. But I will say that I’m going to have to come back because I was a little bit rushed on my day in and out of work. So to give it a better fair review, it calls for another visit

Worst experience ever. Order 20 piece wings and got home. Super dry. Not even warm. Called, manager said it’s suppose to be crispy n tender. Taste dry not even warm like it’s been sitting all day and they repacked for online orders. My first and LAST there.

Slims is ok, last time I went I got 5 tenders that I could have sworn were nuggets, its incredibly cheap so I didn’t bother making it an issue, especially since every time I go its not like that, this location is really more of a drive through chicken place, sitting inside might make you depressed if you’re in this for the experience. They have a good array of sauces but theyre not wholly unique.

They came to MN and so we went. It was a horrible experience– so bad, the place closed down within 3 Mos of opening. THAT’S how bad it was.
Now we see they’re here in AR. Wanted to give them a second chance. Nope. Too many places to choose from to waste $30 for lunch. Glad I got a souvenir mason jar– to remind me how slim this place really is. Heavy in the wallet slim on quality. Sorry no more business for u….

It was 7 in the evening, just got off work, and the both of us decided to sit in for our dinner. We chose a seat as far as possible from the front of house to try and be out of the way, but the entire time we were trying to eat and speak with each other, one of the staff came out and began cleaning the front room. Between many places we’ve dined while staff cleaned, where it was quiet and swift, this would have to be my first time experiencing something like this. They did not seem happy that we were there and were dragging chairs and tables from one end of the room to the other across the floor. It created a horrendous noise, squealing and screeching, to the extent it was almost unbearable. It had even gotten to the point we both wondered if they were trying to make it known they didn’t want us there. We were the only couple sitting in, were quiet and polite when we ordered our meal. Instead of picking up and moving the chairs quietly to clean under neath they would slam and drag them around in a manner that made us feel really unwelcome. It wasn’t too late in the evening considering the store closes at midnight, but the worker seemed not in the best of moods. I’ve worked food and dining before so I know how stressful it can be, but this felt like it pertained to more than just a bad mood. The rest of the staff were polite and friendly, just would suggest not making sit in guests sit through nearly 20-30 minutes of screeching metal dragging across hard tile. It’s really hard on the ears and the atmosphere. Not trying to be rude, just seriously confused and wondering if I upset the worker perfoming what I believed was their outs. I’m new to this establishment so I’m not sure when those end of day tasks are performed.

I must’ve just came at the right time. The drive through was practically empty while my last time it was full and it seemed like people didn’t know how to use it.
As always the food is great. Today I ordered the Chick’s Meal with a substitute of Fried Pickles and a side of Okra. Had a large sweet tea.

CHRISTINA!!!!! to say she’s amazing is an understatement! I ordered off of Uber eats and after some problems, I called the store, which the amazing woman herself (Christina) answered and informed me that my driver was YELLING at her. Which If you have any kind of heart that’s unacceptable so I drove down to the store to pick up my order and she was there with the best customer service EVER super kind super friendly and I hope she knows she made me and my boyfriends night ❤️

We have been to Slim Chickens in Colorado Springs, CO that has amazing service, great food and atmosphere, which set the tone for this location in Bentonville, AR. Well, it did not live up to expectations. The service was sloppy and the food was soggy. The atmosphere was good, though, as it wasn’t too busy at the time we had gone.
