Worst experience we’ve had at a cracker barrel. We got Chicken and dumplings and our children got chicken stripe. The dumplings were just big blobs of undercooked dough. Barely any chicken and the normal thick white creamy sauce was just white water with no flavor. We had to ask for our sides 3 times before they finally brought everything. The kids meals were dried out, shriveled, hard pieces of breading. Almost no chicken at all! They forgot their fries on both meals. We requested them 5 times before they finally brought out 1 plate of fries for both children to share. They never did get their milks with candy straws. And they tried to charge us for their drinks separately even though they never brought them and they were supposed to be included with a kids meal! The only way I would ever return to that particular restaurant is if my entire family was eating free. We even complained when paying thinking maybe they’d give a discount but nope. Just a “sorry to hear that” as they rang us up. We did at least get the children’s drinks taken off the bill.

Always very tight packed tables, tried to seat us in packed area around outside of room, meanwhile entire inner area and other 1/2 of restaurant was unoccupied. We asked to be seated away from others a bit and near fireplace. No problem. Enjoyed a relatively relaxing meal. Mmm good. Really like this place.

They are very well staffed so you are very well taken care of. The food was very tasty! I would recommend this place to any person of any age. They have a very relaxed and home vibe. I love the shop they have in the front when you walk in. There are always hundreds of cool things you don’t find often. The price is average I would say. Nothing too expensive. They do keep a manager on the floor for exceptional business and service! Kids will also have plenty to choose from and they usually have a little game at every table.

Going on a Sunday morning we expected it to be crowded, which it was but still only took 20 min to be seated which is less than we expected, and flew by as we wandered through the country store. With the amount of amazing things there to offer it a miracle we didn’t spend all our money. Lol. Once we were seated the service was wonderful. Everything was to our liking except their new brand of sausage patties, which just wasn’t our cup of tea but doesn’t mean others won’t enjoy it. The southern country grilled chicken was absolutely amazing, hats off to the chef on that one, I could eat it every day. The mashed potatoes came with gravy which I didn’t realize and I personally do not like it that way, and the server was very kind and super quick to replace it with a serving without gravy. It was an overall amazing experience. And I would highly recommend it to anyone.

At Cracker Barrel, whether it is a dine in experience, or a carry out, the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. My friends and I stopped in for dinner. We all had a variation of chicken. I decided to get chicken fried chicken which has gravy. The others in my party ordered Sunday chicken. The chicken was all cooked well and crispy. We had dumplings, corn, fries and mac&cheese. Everything was overall good. Our waitress was amazing. Best service I’ve had in a long time.

Wow, we were unaware of the closing time when we sat down. They closed right when we sat down and never batted an eye. We apologized and they acted like it was no big deal. Food and service were great!!! Jodi our server was amazing. Coffee was still hot. Chicken and bacon maple dish was great as well.

Not being a fan of breakfast out at restaurants,.. I really never given this place a chance. So at age 52… This is my first go at this place… Super clean. Super friendly menu is wide and has a varied selection.. she got the Benedict. I got the old timers. Both were excellent price appropriate,.. I never thought I’d say this but I will be back.. and Nancy B. Was a great waitress and she should get a shout out from management

Cracker Barrel has always been my favourite breakfast/ brunch place. Each time I see these places fully packed and a big waiting line, and that says it all. This is just another usual Cracker Barrel along the interstate. We stopped by the place for the brunch. Thankfully we got the table as soon as we reached. The food was fantastic. Less greasy meat, perfect eggs, House made biscuits, freshly prepared orange juice, tasty and fluffy pancakes. The food standard is really good. The waitress took a good care of us, with her always smiling face. The restrooms were nice and neat. And last but not the least, it’s economic. Three of us ate up to the neck, still the total bill was ~33$.
