I hadn’t been to Slim Chickens in several years… 2017?
I was never a big fan, but decided to give it a shot again. I thought it was pretty good. I still prefer Cane’s, but it probably won’t be 7 years before I go back again.
Service was quick and good. Place was clean.
Oh, the lemonade is trash. Mac and Cheese portion was smaller than we expected for the price. Those were the only complaints.

The best place for fast chicken! 2 chicken strips here is like the equivalent of 6 chicken strips anywhere else. They are that big! Not too greasy of chicken or fries, and the chicken sandwich tastes super amazing with the French fried onions on top. They have so many sauce options too! There needs to be more slim chickens out there. Staff was super friendly as well. All around a good experience for the first time going there.

I don’t even want to rate this place I just wanted to come and get a nice meal and me and my husband come through the drive through it wasn’t a bad price good service at the speaker but when I got to the window a crew member was on his phone with his glove on, our food sat there for awhile, we wanted more ranch asked him as soon as he got to the window, he then got upset shook his head while walking away and then after was really rude and unprofessional. What has happened with customer service it shouldn’t really be that deep your job is to serve your customers with a positive attitude and to be professional.

One of the best salads in Lincoln hands down. Just wish they had bacon but eating this salad you won’t miss it. The spicy ranch was perfect which gave it a nice kick. I paid roughly 9 dollars for it which included a drink. I used drive thru to order. Service was prompt and the cashier was very nice. This was actually my second visit as with the first time I tried their chicken wrap and it was really good and filling. Will add this spot as one of my favorite go to when wanting good fresh food.

My boys and I liked this place overall. I only wish we knew their fried pickles were pickle chips, not pickle fries. Also, I wish they had a cheese sauce option for their fried mushrooms.

Slim Chickens has so many sauce options for wings, tenders, and sides. All the ones I’ve tried have been great! Great service on large catering orders, too. They really take care of their customers.

[The Raising Cane’s Alternative] Pretty delicious, and they know how to brew good sweet tea and lemonade. Only takeaway I have is the Korean BBQ sauce being labeled the 3rd least spicy (it’s real good but their spicy rating feels misleading). That aside, definitely worth a bite or two!
