First time there it is bigger than I expected, plenty of tables for pool 2 bars the bartender Tabitha was awesome. The feel of the place felt like the t.v. show cheers it was a great time, definitely a must check out!!

First time here & I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great, made fresh to order & melted in my mouth with every bite. We ordered buffalo & cajun wings with fries, was well worth the wait & tasted good too. It was a Friday night, there was a nice crowd there later it got. The service & the atmosphere were great as well. I will be back, even if to only get more wings!

I’m new to the area. I came here for the first time right after my dad was moved to hospice. I was a wreck. The bartender – I didn’t catch his name – didn’t talk too much, didn’t ask questions, and poured drinks strong as hell. I had potato skins for dinner. Yeah, I know they’re appetizers, but it’s all I could justify eating.
Holy moly, those are some of the best skins I’ve had in a LONG time. Most places either overcook the snot out of them and you end up gnawing on shoe-leather, or there’s next to nothing in the dang skin besides grease… or both. But this place actually does it right: there’s some potato left in the skin, it’s tender enough to actually bite through, and there is CHEESE oh my lord so much cheese. No skimping on that stuff. Absolutely everything I needed in that moment.
I came back a couple days later. I needed another stiff drink. Dad had passed away. His favorite drink was a gin and tonic. The bartender – again, didn’t catch her name, but she was a kind and bubbly sort – never shrank from pouring the drinks good and strong. Food was hot and hearty, damn if I can remember what I had. Some kind of sub, I think. It was excellent. Ate the whole thing, and I’m kinda small, so that was a feat. After eating I went to the back to shoot a round of pool (dad had a pool table, he taught me how to play), and I asked the bartender if it would be okay to order a gin and tonic for my dad to leave at the empty chair, since he had just died, and it felt like a way to remember him. She didn’t even let me finish talking before she poured it and handed it to me.
My husband ushered me out the door, good and pickled, a slightly blubbery mess, and I took a glance back at the table. When they’d cleaned it off? They left dad’s drink.
That meant a lot to me.
It’s the little things that make a bar great. It doesn’t have to be fancy or flashy or glitzy. It just needs to have people who care enough about making it a place you go to drink and eat modest fare. And this place does. Strong drinks, awesome bartenders, and – as dad would say – “the food is hot, brown, and plenty of it”.
I’ll be back. Y’all got a regular.

Ownership needs to step it up and properly staff your bar. How you have 68 ppl inside with 1 bartender is beyond me. 30 mins waiting for a beer. Ended up leaving for another bar that knows how to take care of their customers. Place is dark and dirty . Never again!

This is a cool little sports bar/college bar. I was here for an event so I can’t speak to the “usual” crowd, but the beers were good and cold, the food was tasty and hot, the staff were friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were clean; if you are in the neighborhood and in need of a new watering hole or a place to play pool come on by you won’t be disappointed.

Bartender didn’t ring in our food right or the kitchen just didn’t care. Medium rare burger came out burnt, then the bartender gave us attitude for complaining. Like what? Then overcharged us for shots we never took! Terrible place unless you want to play pool i guess. My girlfriend had to go in the kitchen to go get the wings we ordered to go that probably sat for 30 minutes so we threw them in the garbage. Absolutely awful
