Cinco de Mayo service was horrible and food looked great, but was not good…. over cooked carne asada, salad shell was stale and queso and meat need to be in the quesadilla that I ordered . After the experience, II honestly can not recommend this to place to anyone… save yourself disappointment and go to in and out and wait in the line.

Food was good and portions were very good! My son asked for a chimichanga and boy was that burrito HUGE! Prices were a bit much but with inflation it’s expected. We definitely will be coming back! Love the red salsa was spicy but a bit bland but still good to have to add on our food.

The food is delicious, servers are friendly and have a welcoming smile, and the restaurant is clean and well kept. They’re also open to 1am on Friday and Saturday! I highly recommend this place.

This is now my go to place for catering and should be yours to!! On again off again surprise birthday party for my wife. Vanessa was patient and thorough and understanding beyond measure. Just amazing customer service and the FOOD!! Was the hit of the party. Authentic, tasty, fed 30 people and very reasonable prices. Cheaper than other spots. Seriously if you want to cater an event and have folks complimenting your menu call this place. If I could give ten stars I would. THE VERY BEST IN CHULA VISTA!!!!!

Took 30 mins to get food, people who came after were getting food before us, not that busy or a complicated order. Got 1 item off of our order, 31 mins after placing our order, should just waited in the In and Out drive thru line, thought I was saving time, not the case.

I visited Los Panchos on 8/1/23 and had an amazing experience. The manager (I forgot her name but she was a brunette) provided exceptional customer service that truly made my visit memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

The place is ok, they have a self serve salsa bar, you can either eat there or take out, I ordered a burrito, honestly not the greatest but it was ok, since I was shopping around and I got hungry, customer service was great, the girl at the counter was very friendly, it’s a fast food place so dont expect a full service restaurant, the place was very clean, welcoming, parking is very limited, the entrance to the plaza gets backed up, so you’re waiting a while just to go in to the parking lot, once you’re in the parking lot, it took me a couple of minutes to find parking, but other than that I recomend this place if you’re really hungry and are on the go, out of all fairness I only have tried this place once.

Not the best place to eat l love Panchos on third in Chula Vista when my kids were young went there . So l thought this Panchos was going to be good like the one on third . Try this one terrible meat on roll tacos taste like can ground beef the meat on their burritos not the greatest burn tortilla and nacho chips the same with the meat . Service not the best so slow if you ever around Sweetwater in National City try Super Sergio’s the best taco shop for fast Mexican food great food

This place constantly screws up my orders. How can you mess up a bean and rice burrito?! And the food isn’t even that great, and I only go for convenience. There are plenty of other options for Mexican food in this area, so don’t go here.
