I ordered a pizza at 1:00 in the morning didn’t receive it till 2:15 it was cold hey $10 for the delivery and then the guy was very rude said that I was lying paid $40 for a you could pick up by the side of the pizza with your hand then when I call him back he says because I can’t bring the pizza back inbefore they close he cannot help me his name on the caller ID wasShawn sutter .. I simply ask him 3 minutes after he left the place to come back and get the pizza it was a big deal before it was slice hub I’d been coming for years…very non-friendly environment as you can see it was 223

We called and ordered a pizza at midnight. We called back at 1:20 and was told our pizza was next for delivery. It 2:10 still no pizza and now they won’t answer the phone even though it says there open till 3am. Horrible service.

Update pizza showed up at 253 am. Pizza was ice cold. We ordered wings which they did call and say they where out of boned and asked if we wanted boneless, which we did agree. When we open the lid the boneless wings look more like the chicken nuggets you buy at Walmart. Now that’s not even the worst part. They where in the container so long that there was literally water sitting in the bottom on the container with all the fries and boneless wings or chicken nuggets. Which made them inedible. I was so disappointed in the place. Also the price for one large pizza that was half double pep and other half was pep and sausage. Plus the wings and we ordered bottle water but that didn’t even come. Total was almost $62.That is all we ate the pizza might of been good hot but the wings and fries didn’t touch.

My pizza just got delivered from slicehub, the moment it got inside my house I opened the box and you could immediately tell there were several pieces missing in the box. I’m not one to blame, but the way you can clearly tell the cheese is pulled, what else possibilities are there that it’s just cause “the way it was cut” I called back to slicehub, all I got to say was two sentences “Hello ma’am I ordered pizza and I just opened my box finding two pieces missing.” Expecting empathy or a apology, I instead got in return was disrespectful attitude. She told me in a harsh tone “that has never happened, nobody touched ur pizza it isn’t possible.” Of course I agreed, IT NEVER HAPPENED because I’m a loyal customer and never once in my experience of bacci’s have I had a problem with pieces missing nor disrespectful service. I’ve kept my patience with her, trying to figure out why there are pieces missing and she slightly raised her voice, clearly taking the situation personally. Even if it was because the pizzas were moving in the car, I put all the pieces together, BOTH slices are smaller than what was supposed to fit perfectly. What do you guys think?

Very cheap place to get a quick meal and the service is Excellent!!!! Very unique and they have a 30 inch pizza for $49 and everyday they have 1 Jumbo slice and a fountain soda for $6 that includes tax….

Just moved to Illinois and was looking for a pizza by the slice restaurant. We found this place was pretty close to our house, and open late. The pizza was great. My girlfriend and I liked it so much, we went two days in a row! The staff was super friendly and outgoing. We look forward to coming back soon many more times! Thanks again!

Normally this is good place for a slice. Today my double green olive pizza had a smattering of olives and just a sprinkle of cheese. It also looks somewhat old. I called in and was told they don’t carry green olives and there were plenty of them with lots of extra cheese. Guess this is the last time I go to this Baccis.

I ate their chicken strips dinner. It was awesome. It was on point. Chicken strips were cooked to perfection. The cashier that took my order was very nice, polite, and I didn’t get treated like a stranger – even though I am one. I’m not even from Peoria. My first time there.

We came for dine in as a party of 10! Great food, great customer service, great managememt, great price! Kate is so awesome. She has such wonderful customer care skills and I can tell that she loves her job! Shawn was so friendly and helpful. We had such a great time! I highly recommend!

My brother in law & sister took me here one evening after live music & this place was a great experience! Giant sized pizza slices ! The atmosphere gave me “Ninja turtle vibes!!” Pizza the size of your forearm!!! Check it out sometime
