This is a food truck not a restaurant – FYI. Also you have to pre-order. I thought they had cooked pizzas and I could just order a slice but that’s not the case I had to sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes. The white pizza with the white sauce I forget the name was delicious lots of chicken. I also got the Flint truck and bus which was okay. I don’t prefer big chunks of sausage however. The Maui was okay but the bacon was overcooked. The bread (crust) was interesting it was more like a flatbread to me. It was a very large slice that you could easily cut in half and feed two people which was nice; sorta NY style. Overall it was good just nothing special. There wasn’t a thing to the sauce or any special qualities about the crust or seasoning…. but the young man running the window was super friendly and really kind and nice. It’s not really parked in a super great area but it is close to Hurley hospital and downtown. I will be back to try other things on the menu.

The stromboli is amazing, I recommend the truck and bus. Be careful when ordering the cheese bread, it’s the size of an entire pizza!

Honestly… The food was pretty good considering my experience. Firstly, the staff was wonderful. The young lady who assisted us today, 10/2 and the chef were very professional, courteous, and helpful.
I placed an order at 2:59pm. I was told the wait was about 40 minutes. Which I was totally fine with. I left and returned at 3:45pm. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes. I went back 17 minutes later, then was told another 10 minutes wait (was more like 15 MORE minutes) for the cheese bread and cinnamon bread. By the time that was done, our pizza slices, which were done, sat for 20 minutes. In total, it was about 1 hour and 37 minutes wait. We left at 4:37pm . I had my kids with me and we planned to meet up with friends at the park and take them slices we bought them for dinner, but they had to cancel due to this wait. I was literally trying not to cry and console my kids because it ruined our evening. The chef offered some drinks, which was nice, but I was extremely disappointed.
They shared that they were short staffed and were trying hard. I believe them. It just doesn’t negate the fact that the end our day was robbed.
Would I return? I don’t know at this point. My kids are disappointed and their friends were too. So embarrassed that this happened.

Been told by a few friends for awhile that I needed to try this place. Finally did during Back to the Bricks, and let me tell you, it won’t be the last time! Food was great! We got the Truck and Bus Stromboli and the Cheese Bread (soo much cheese!). Stromboli is a perfect size to share between 2 people, and the sauce was so good. Pricing wasn’t bad either. Large Stromboli, cheese bread and 2 drinks was less than $30. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I wish I could give this a big fat 0. This is the worst pizza I ever had. I don’t understand the reviews. This was Inedible, cold, not tasty. nasty, didn’t look cooked. Looked like it came from the frozen pizza section from a grocery store and someone threw in the microwave. It didn’t look like the photos I see on their page. I guess only their friends or businesses get the best pizza.

I have tried every pizza joint in and around Flint Michigan and I will have to say this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever tried in Flint and the Detroit area quality of the pizza is great cooked to perfection that crispy bottom we all look forward to if you are a true pizza lover melty cheese not too thick just perfect authentic flavors and great sauce I give this pizza 8 / 10 only thing I would like to see is a thicker fluffy crust but this is well worth the price and well worth trying hands down this pizza in the trailer is simply the Best didn’t make it out the parking lot!!! Updated July 2nd 2025 still pretty good don’t like the wait kind of long but the pizza is very good still worth ever penny quality toppings cheese breads a little on the thin side has a nice crispy bottom I wish there was more crush I really enjoyed this place I’m sure you will too I ordered the jive turkey Pizza and can’t quite remember the other

I cannot say enough about this place so I’ll keep it simple. The food was great, the price was right and the owner and staff were amazing and, last but certainly not least least, locally owned and operated. Even though they were very bust he took the time to greet me and tell me his story of how his dream became a reality, hard not to stand behind great people like these. Do yourself a favor and check them out, no disappointments here!

Slice of Flint is absolutely delicious! I grew up eating Stromboli & this tops my favorite pizzeria’s Stromboli! I even saved some to see how it would reheat- man it was just as good as when I first got it! Delicious!
