Slice House Pizza and Neighborhood Restaurant is a locally owned and operated pizzeria. We are dedicated to supporting local farmers and vendors. The freshness of local ingredients can be tasted in homemade pizza dough, fresh made sauce and homemade house salad dressing. Owners Giovanni and Cindy Trevisan bring a unique flavor to the Huntersville epicurean scene. We use Nonna Maria’s recipes which go back to Italy, where she was born and raised.
Chill site offering NYC-style pies, hearty Italian entrees, salads & subs plus a kids’ menu.

If you happened to be in the area and walking by it’s okay for stopping in and getting a bite. On a positive note, the slices are good size; two is a solid meal for me.
Not really much atmosphere or character. Just… a place with pizza.
As an Italian who grew up surrounded by real pizza, I’ll admit—I’m usually skeptical when I see “New York style” or “artisan” thrown around in the U.S. But Slicehouse Pizza Valencia completely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the aroma took me straight back to the pizzerias of Napoli. The crust—perfectly blistered, thin yet chewy—was nothing short of art. The sauce tasted fresh, with just the right touch of acidity and sweetness, and the mozzarella was creamy and flavorful, not the bland kind you find elsewhere.
The staff was warm and welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. You feel the passion, hear the laughter, and see the love in every detail.
Slicehouse is more than a pizza joint—it’s a love letter to true pizza craftsmanship. Bravissimi! Finally, a place in California that understands what real pizza is supposed to taste like.
Was gonna show my roommate Lupie’s but it had changed.
(Much like the rest of Huntersville has!)
I was pleasantly surprised with this one though.
Food was yum!
We tried basically one of everything.
Good variety of options at a reasonable price.
Food came fast.
Pretty straightforward stuff.
Keep up the good work Huntersville.
Parking is around the back as well as across the street.
Workers were nice and they seemed to be moving quick. No issues on the front of house side.
Atmosphere was a bunch of screaming kids during a lunch rush while people are standing around with their food waiting for a table to open, can’t blame the restaurant for that but it didn’t help.
They have ample indoor seating & it’s great that they offer the 2 liter soda to go!
I tried to photograph the food selection…there was a glare from the glass
Showcase but you can still
See they have a variety of options.
Since my husband is now on a no carb diet, it was just me. I asked a few questions… the girls helping me were friendly. I tried the recommended Sicilian pizza slice & some garlic knots. The pizza has a crispy crunch consistent with that region of Italy…it was super gooey with cheese & the garlic knots were exactly what they are supposed to be. Maybe just me, a bit too greasy, I’m not sure but I felt like what I ate was a bit oily. Maybe they brush on the garlic after they bake. Too much oil got unto mine. Not sure. But still the knots are a generous size & if you love GARLIC, these are for you! I’ll be back to try something else next time. Glad to finally make it!
