I love this Dunkin! Not only is the food great, the staff here is amazing too. No matter if it’s in the morning or afternoon, the staff makes sure they go above and beyond to make your experience the best. Ruth is one associate that exemplifies these attributes. Jessica is also amazing too! Thank you to the management for hiring them!

Ordered a latte with two extra shots of espresso and was handed a drink that looked like almond milk and ice. I asked the barista if that was my drink because it honestly looked like just milk and ice. She replied with a sassy attitude saying she had already added the espresso shots. I then asked if it was possible to change the drink, and she said she couldn’t. I even asked if I could get a refund and she said she couldn’t do that either, only that she could add more espresso. She then handed me the exact same drink back. I paid $8 for what was basically milk and ice. Very disappointing experience. $8 for a drink I had to throw away. Also ordered a bagel and it tasted like it was undercooked as well.

This is my favorite DD. The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. They’ve even memorized my order! I’ve been to quite a few DD across ATL and what I can say is they’ve never made me a bad drink or food item. I’m not sure if I go for the treats or just to see my girls!

This is only about the tenth time I order Dunkin and it is terrible. I doubt it is Door dash’s fault lol. Coffee burnt, almost all the time. and I keep trying just in case it will be good and Im continuously proven wrong. its usually the mornings that are terrible. I wish yall could just get it together. matter of fact, maybe they send the terrible coffee thru door dash cause no one will complain about it lol. yup that’s it.

I am unsure how to contact the manager or district manager of the DD at 751 Whitlock Ave in Marietta GA, but I am very disheartened by what I saw this morning. The store had one person working the morning shift, and she was busting her butt to get customers in and out as efficiently as possible.
This is extremely insulting and poor management on this store’s behalf. As a former barista, there should have been people from other DD stores over there to help out. It is Christmas break and I understand that people call out, but especially during the holidays, no worker should be left behind. This woman was struggling emotionally and physically trying to get everyone taken care of. The drive-thru was backed up about 10 minutes, there were people inside the cafe, and only 1 person behind the counter.
To whoever the lady behind the counter was, I appreciate her hard work and I hope she’s proud of her efforts. I hope to never have to see this store with 1 person working a busy morning shift again. I also hope she has a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday season with her family, and some well deserved time off ❤️

I went this morning to this place, they have good atmosphere there and good parking. Was my first time going to a Dunkin’ Donuts, I loved the donuts and I enjoyed the sandwich my next step it’s taste some coffee one day but definitely it’s a good place to go to eat your breakfast the prices are normal and the smells of coffee give you energy and chill to star your day ☕️

Service here is excellent. I ordered an expresso through the app at a different location and drove to this location on accident. The young lady at the drive through told me not to worry about it and made my order for me anyway. I was in a rush so that really made my day because I didn’t want to have to drive to other location. Great service!!

Good service, great coffee, just need to hire more people so as to have faster service. Update: do not waste your time or money. Horrible customer service on morning shift. I put in a mobile order from the app, when I arrived to pick it up, I was told in drive thru to come in because it was going to be a while for my order (2 coffees). With no one in the store or drive thru. Horrible service. The woman in drive thru didn’t even ask the name for the order. But maybe if you hire people with paying more than $10/hr . then you might get better people and customer service.

I just had a terrible experience. The cashier, Jessica, never understood my order, and I explained what I wanted several times. I don’t know why this company doesn’t have a manager in the store. I asked for a refund, and they wouldn’t give it to me because the manager wasn’t there. What horrible service!
