Slangers makes a damn fine burger. I prefer the classic, but the OG is mighty good too.
Now, as good a burger as this is, it’s the bun that makes it work. It’s fresh, chewy, airy, and a perfect ratio to the meat and toppings. To step it up even more, make it a double burger. I wish I could buy the buns alone.
A small fry is plenty, and you can skip the Slangers sauce (taste like mostly mayo and chili powder) and go with ketchup. Overall, if you’re a burger lover, you won’t be disappointed.

I finally went to try Slangers tonight which is located next to F/Stop Fitzgerald and I ordered the classic smash burger and fries along with the apple bread pudding for very good price, and once I got home and my wife and started eating, we both looked at each other and said we finally found our new burger spot. Everything we had tonight was so good to include the cherry on top in the apple bread pudding which was outstanding, we will most definitely be back to support the owners who have support my business in the past! Excellent food!!!!!!

Finally got around to giving Slangers a try after hearing a lot of good things about them. Slangers is a food truck that’s nestled outside of the Fitzgerald Public House off of Liberty St.
From point of order to pick up was approximately 10 minutes. Appearance and smell was exceptional. Slangers only has one burger on their menu and one set of fries, so we expected a lot out of this and were not disappointed. There was very small touches to this burger that made it great, including the toasting of the bun. The bun held up extremely well, given the burger was very juicy and greasy – in a good way!
We would definitely recommend Slangers – it’s the second best burger we’ve had in Oregon yet (which is saying a LOT as there is a definite oversaturation of burgers and fries) – we definitely would try them again if our first isn’t available.

Excellent!!! Damn, that’s a perfect burger. The bun, so soft and fluffy, patty seasoned perfectly. I got the spicy burger, it was the special for the day, perfect heat for me. Love the fry sauce. Happy tummy.

Delicious!!! One if the best burgers I’ve ever had and to to out of the fries are good too! And even better? The apple bread pudding is worth a trip on it’s own! The brioche buns for each burger are made daily and really make this burger pop! You don’t wanna miss this! (Apologies for the lack of burger in the pic, but it was too good to hold back!) Get one and treat yourself to a beer at the f/stop!

This is a food truck. A very good food truck with an extremely limited menu. But…if you love burgers as much as I do, they are a must try!! Their burger is a little spendy and on the smaller side, but it is so tasty. They have great fries too. Let the reviews speak for themselves and come give them a try.

I’ve been on the hunt for GREAT burgers for years, burgers that excel, or burgers that blow the standards away, and I have came across a few that have knocked my socks off…
This burger was not one of them… it was good, I ate it, but it wasn’t knock your socks off good…
The ground beef isn’t bad, the flavor is there, lightly seasoned
The cheese is real, sharp white cheddar, I just couldn’t get behind the taste combined with the beef, I personally felt there was much to be desired in the way of flavor even topped with pickled onions.
Now let’s be real here, the real winner of this burger and this food cart is the bun, HOLY COW! A light, airy brioche bun that had a flavor of its own, I would personally buy just the buns for my own burgers.
For dessert I had the apple bread pudding, I waited a bit too long to eat it so I couldn’t fully enjoy it nice and hot, but if bread pudding is your thing, this is a must try.
All in all the service was great, the owner was patient with me while I placed multiple food orders and took a call from my wife.
The food was cooked in less than 15 minutes and ready to go, but I was hoping for more flavor
It’s located in an interesting spot, where parking is a problem, but a quick walk from parking down the street is no problem.
I do recommend this food cart, WAY better than Bo and Vine, who comes highly recommended in this town.
