Came back into town for a visit and stopped off at this location for my dose of Skyline. Place was very clean. Despite it being fairly busy (there was a large group of elderly men joining for a lunch meetup which was sweet), my service was fast, efficient, and great. Food is exactly what I’d expected and hoped for. Definitely will be visiting this location in future visits to the area.

This is a weirdly placed location. Not only is signage missing from one part of the building making me almost think they weren’t in business anymore, but they’re tucked behind two other buildings.

Aside from that, food was good, service was fine. Seems the employees forgot about me for a moment despite being a bit slow but the manager promptly offered a drink as an apology.
Truth be told I wasn’t even mad, I honestly hadn’t been there that long at all. Only 5 minutes or so. I’d say great service though considering they acknowledged it and tried to make it right even though I was perfectly fine.

If your in the Cincinnati area, try skyline chili and spaghetti. It’s a staple for the locals, and growing pretty steady. With onions and all that cheese on top it is a tasty change from the burger chains. For those who like it hot, they have their own hot sauce, and they have a habanero cheese that exceeds my comfort as it builds up heat pretty nicely. We always try to stop in when going thru the area.

We gave Skyline a heads up a few days in advance that we’d be dropping in with a party of EIGHTEEN on a Saturday night. Alex the manager, Austin and server, and the entire crew went above and beyond. There was a birthday poster, birthday coloring sheets, a birthday button for the guest of honor, and more. No where else can you bring a party that large and get your food so quickly and deliciously. They’ve always taken great care of us when we bring in our large family, but this time was extra special! We can’t say thank you enough!

Live nearby, this is the closest Skyline to me. Went to try the chicken chili. Got 2 original and 2 chicken. The chicken chili was cold. It was 10 pm. Not sure why I was given cold chili for the cheese coney but yeah that sucked. Had to microwave it and of course that ruined the flavor. Outta 12 bucks tho…

I had not eaten all day, and needed something quick, to cover my volunteer duties. I ordered chili nachos, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño cheese, jalapeños , sour cream. I work 3 mins away. My chili was cold, I called to let them know, they could care less… didn’t offer any type of apology or compensation

The restaurant itself was very dirty. Even though our order was written down correctly it was not made correctly. The manager/cook was extremely too loud and constantly yelled at people next to her or across the restaurant. The wait for the food was longer than it should have been for a two person order at skyline. Thankfully our server was good and the food decent skyline quality.
