I ordered in the drive thru line 40 bucks worth of food. One item was a deluxe burrito with chili sauce instead of bean sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion only. Ib get home and there is sore cream all over it. I take the untouched meal back to the drive thru, told the cashier what i wanted and returned what i received. Her name was Jamie and she assured me that it was corrected. Something told me to check my order so I pulled in a parking spot to find a burrito with cheese only. I go inside and yell another cashier my problem and she said chris was hey manager and he came over and told me they told him I wanted it plain. He threw that one away and made the new one. I get home and the burrito had bean mix in the middle and chili sauce on the outside. Are you really kidding me? Terrible service.

While I’ve always been a fan of Skyline, it’s gotten ridiculously overpriced. I used to be able to get a buffalo chicken wrap for $6.99 and now it’s nearly $11 without tax. That and a drink is nearly the same price as Chipotle. Let’s be real, as much as I like it, Skyline ain’t worth as much as Chipotle. I think my casual Skyline visits are over.

I normally don’t eat here, but for some reason I wanted to try it. I had the chili cheese fries and they didn’t disappoint. The Fries were cooked correctly, had a good taste. I would have liked a little more chili to help with the cheese, but I do love cheese, so I couldn’t really complain. The best part about my meal was that the vehicle in front of me in the drive-thru paid for my meal! So thanks to whoever paid it forward! I now owe someone a meal 🙂

I was in Cincy for only three meals, and one of them just had to be Skyline!! It was just as I remembered from my childhood – no way to describe it other than “different than any other chili anywhere, and good!” Order the regular 5 way – trust me!

Service is fine here, my problem is with the food. It’s very inconsistent. The hot dogs are frequently burned/old so I will not order cheese coneys from here. The ways are skimped on cheese and spaghetti. Chilitos are okay.

I order from this skyline a lot and not only are my orders always right and yummy, the staff is also super sweet! When I opened my food this evening someone had included a bit of candy with my cheese and it almost made me cry, it was so sweet and kind and made my whole night so much better! So thank you skyline! 100/10
