Wow…better check your order before leaving drive thru. Ordered 4 coneys with mustard, chili and CHEESE. Received 3 coneys with mustard, chili and ONIONS. Hate raw onions. Wasted money!

I’m not sure what keeps happening at the drive- thru but it’s getting old. For the 3rd time in recent months I’ve asked for the #4 3way with coney and drink. I’ve asked for onions to be included and have no issue at all paying for it to be added. Three times with onions being left out. As it requires opening a separate bag to confirm they are in there and there’s usually a line behind I’ve moved on. This last time I asked the clerk to repeat the order; as before it’s on the order. It’s extremely frustrating to keep having the same thing happen at the same place. BTW I asked this last time why it wasn’t charged and was told it was not a problem, but a courtesy. It’s not a courtesy, but a reoccurring problem that makes me think twice about coming back.

You know what? They are trying. I know Skyline has been recently skimping out on some things when it comes to food quality and raising the price, but when I ordered a hot tea off the menu, Shannon my waitress told me that they don’t have hot tea anymore, so I asked for a coffee. She came back and told me the coffee machine is broken, and then she asked if I would want some ice tea heated up in the microwave. It’s actually pretty good. Anything that went wrong is rarely the actual locations fault, there are like four teenagers here running the place likely getting paid peanuts. They got my food fast and I was in and out. 🙂

Horrible experience tonight due to school children being loud and disturbing the peace that was in the restaurant before they entered. I feel so sorry for whoever the server is. The servers here are always amazing they deserve better patrons then disrespectful children.

Skyline in Cleves is our favorite Skyline Chili! Always consistently good. The servers are friendly and food always comes out fast. Highly recommend this location for your Skyline craving.

Small….small portion on the 4-way. Other Skyline’s provide two bags of cheese. This one only gives one. Portion size of the 4way is way too small.

Came in on a Friday around noon and the place was packed. I mean, more packed than I had ever seen a Skyline before. I sat at the bar and even though they were packed the young lady working the line, made sure to get me a drink and take my order. All while she was making other orders and sending them out. She made sure I got my food in a prompt manner and it was perfect!

Sloppy warm fries.
Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered chili cheese fries. Less than a minute later this sloppy bowl arrives. Chili smeared on the rim of the bowl. Fries take longer than a minute to cook.
I dug in and the fries were barely warm.
Thankfully the chili broth was hot enough to warm the bottom fries a bit.
I really expected to have fresh fries not someone’s leftovers.
The location was well staffed and not very busy so there didn’t seem to be a need to slop old warm food into the bowl. The server was nice. The cashier was nice.
This warm sloppiness is just not what I expect from Skyline.

Stop cheaping out on people in the Drive Thru. One bag of cheese and one small container of onions for a large four-way.? the most minimum amount of chili was put on it. It was barely anything! I remember the original Glenway location back when it was actually good and it wasn’t frozen. My sprite was only 3/4 of the way full. I’ll continue to go to Dixie chili. Your prices are out of control for what you serve.
