I’ve been to plenty of horrible places in my day but this is one of the worst. They truly hire very incompetent staff because how do i order a 9 piece order with large Mac and cheese and they send me 7 pieces and no Mac and cheese then i can’t even get my money back because their phone doesn’t work. This is the worst place ever to order from. The manage is clearly incompetent of doing basic task clearly. The owner should just be ashamed of themselves for even calling themselves business owners. Never seen a bunch of people who can’t do simple math.

Popeyes is usually good of course but every time I come to this location we’re missing items and they give you whatever chicken they feel like giving you instead of what you ask for. If you don’t have spicy just say that. If there’s no dark meat then let people know. On top of that, their phone number doesn’t work so you can’t even call to get anything corrected. Added side note, every time I order fries from here they’re undercooked.

It is best to avoid this Popeyes location and dine at a different restaurant. Very bad customer service, very rude and unprofessional employees including management at this location. They mess up your Popeyes order often, the food is cold and nasty that they serve you, and the bathrooms are dirty every time I visit. The area for eating is dirty at this location. If I can give this Popeyes location a negative rating I would. This location doesn’t take well to criticism if you voice your opinion or concerns in person you will be met with hostility and unable to do the survey that is on the receipt.

No sense of making a customer happy instead of feeling beat for their money. I ordered a two piece white meat of course there were no wings. I would have thought the price would be the same beings it’s I’m no getting a complete order of my choice. Instead I was charged $12.00 for the chicken to be old an dry. I couldn’t even enjoy the food.

They get 100 stars!!! I dont even mind the long lines. The staff is always friendly no matter at what time I go. My 6 year old has been hooked on this chicken for the past month. I know he shouldn’t be eating it everyday but he is a picky eater and hopefully this phase will pass because he is killing my pockets lmaoo. The point is he worked with me all day and refused to eat anything because he wanted Popeyes, we got home around 10pm. Kids speak their mind!!! he refuse to eat it because he said it smell bad and tasted burn. Mind you it was almost closing time but the staff/manager told me to give them 30 minutes and they made him some fresh chicken❤❤❤❤ I am very thankful for that!!

You can’t go wrong when ordering from this Popeye’s Chicken. The food quality is always consistent, fresh and never cold. I have made many purchases from this location and have always been satisfied. The dining in area is always clean and the staff members are friendly and helpful. I will continue to frequent this location until the day I experience something negative in terms of quality or bad service. At which time I will report my findings. Until then, I recommend this location to satisfy that crispy, crunchy chicken hankering!

Very very slow. There are 6 people working 8 people inside no one in driver through and we are still waiting for then to fix orders that were placed 10-15 min ago. You have to pretty much yell hey for someone to take your order. Otherwise they just keep walking past the register like your not there.

One of the worst popeyes i’ve ever visited. The lady behind the counter, who originally started my order, was acting as if it was below her to take my order. The second lady that finished the order did an excellent job. The chicken skin was excellent. Felt like the inside.Was not cooked properly. If it was not for the fact that my sugar was low due to not eating at all this morning, I would have taken it back.
