This store is pretty consistent. The food is always hot and made to order. I have noticed that if you use the drive thru, the portion size is smaller than dine in. The staff is always nice and attentive. It can get busy during lunchtime. The inside seats about 60 people. They have a bar if you are eating alone. The parking lot is a good size and has dedicated handicapped spots. They do have tables to accommodate a wheelchair.

It was good. Food tasted like Skyline Chili, what more could you ask for. The kitchen did make a few minor mistakes on our order that Jack was quickly able to fix for us.
As for the place it was OK at best. I don’t know if they were understaffed or just finished a rush. But a couple of tables were dirty when we got there and remained uncleaned when we left 30-40mins later. Jack seemed to be pretty much the only one working there as he was running around doing just about everything.

Corporate owned, skimp on chili, do not know how to make a coney, skimp on Portions. Find an individually owned (Olentangy River Road) for better portions and service. They need to be the new training location.
Gahanna location did good when they first reopened, but it has been embarrassing the past many months, when I took visiting Skyline loving guests over last three visits. I just ordered a coney and a 4-way from this location. The coney was good. The 4-way was pathetic. There was next to no chili. Seriously, I’m not sure how anyone who knows what a 4-way is could have thought it was okay to serve it this way. It felt like I was being punked when I opened it. I’ve eaten at many locations in the past, both carry-out and in the restaurant. I know what to expect when I order. This time, this location fell far below expectations. I did call to let the manager working know, but no offers were made to refund or otherwise make it right.

This place is similar to 50s diner with Greek chili on hotdogs and/or spaghetti covered in a pile of shredded cheese. It’s definitely different from the normal chili. But it’s really good for a change. The service was very good and fast. Every time we go through the Cincinnati area we always stop at least once. The quality and service is always good. We’ve even bought cans of chili to take home.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting … Service was fine but every single table was dirty and workers sitting around the bar not cleaning. Saw multiple groups of people sit at tables that had stuff all over them, and the server not even cleaning the old dirty dishes or wiping the table. Makes me very nervous about the conditions in the back of house. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I hate coming to this skyline, but it’s the closest one to me. I won’t be coming here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who likes getting their money’s worth out of their purchases. The past three times I have had to send my order back because of them trying to skimp me serving size, but I gave up this time. They refuse to fill up your bowls and after serve dry spaghetti with barely any sauce. Every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. This is not worth $9.xx
