Visited on 7/26/25 ordered 3 chili cheese sandwiches with the chicken chili got home, order wasn’t correct, returns the food and they remade it but this time the chili was non existent its sad, its practically just bun. My prior order I asked for them to be juicy and i should’ve did the same with the new order because they’re sad. I’m very disappointed better off with the first order as they had more chili. Smh

Today Friday 2-6-2026 a mucky snowy car crashing day here in the Columbus area. Went for a mid afternoon snack….elsewhere. That place closed so did plan “B” at Skyline.
Writing this as a result of the cost. Have been to this location before and noted the increasing prices. Food today was garlic toast and two types of chili and a drink each.
Whatever you do don’t order. It’s a white bread slightly toasted. More like warmed up white bread. Total for our casual time out was $32 plus a tip. Of course the check out top machine starts at 20%. So I chose custom and gave an appropriate tip.
As I write this I told my wife last time for a Skyline visit. Other places around for a larger selection at better prices.

What can I tell you for those of you that have skyline your entire life and have become bored with it I’d suggest you try it again. I’m back in Ohio after a 30 plus year vacation in the military. I will tell you skyline has been great as a kid in Cincinnati and it’s even better here in Columbus. Love this place!

First time here. Read about article on Skyline Chili when I was looking for things to do in Cincinnati. The employee at the drive thru was very helpful. I didn’t know how big regular or large is, and he suggested that I drive up and he will show me the containers, and that was very helpful. I went either the large thinking I will ear half now and rest later tonight or tomorrow morning. The chili spaghetti tasted good with onion and cheese, and it’s already a little spicy that no hot sauce is needed for me. The minced meat is questionable. I assume it’s supposed to be beef, but its so minced that I can’t tell what I’m eating. Because it’s spicy, can’t taste what kind of meat is it. Lol I appreciated that he kept the cheese and onion separate from the chili so that they don’t melt or get warmed. My pups loved the cheese. I got a decent amount of food for around $10. Hard Times Cafe’s chili spaghetti in Northern VA is definitely much better! Not sure if I will come back if I’m in the area again.

Excellent food, great friendly wait staff. I have been eating Skyline since the 70’s! It never disappoints and the hot sauce is on point! I always get Skyline whenever I’m up I. Ohio or down in Fort Myers, FL!

Service was great. Sever was knowledgeable and friendly. When I walked in the atmosphere was weird. All the people looked bored and like they were closing. But once they assured me they were open and I sat. Everything got better. Hotdogs were a little cold and fries were soggy. But rating 5 stars because Kay was great!

Best chili dog I’ve ever had. The hot dog isnt great but it is good, but when you put chili and chese on that dog it metamorphosed in th o something miraculous. The cheese is shredded lightly and piled high. You can add onions ect and it is all just a mesmerizing greatness of chili love. The fries are really good too and there just french fries. Honestly idk how they are better than any fry that doesn’t have seasoning. Theyr plain. Thyre good. Th they’re just plain good. I could write a book about this place and how good it is. Not going to.

This is hands down the absolute worst skyline chili in the city of Columbus I have been going here for some time years and always order the same thing the last two times I have went I ordered plain hot dogs with onion and habanero cheese only these clowns put chili on my food the last two times even though I say no chili WHOEVER IS WORKING HERE DOES NOT LISTEN WELL TO INSTRUCTIONS AND WILL SERVE YOU NASTY FOOD SO I WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AND I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE THE FISHINGER ROAD LOCATION or 256 Pickerington
