Very clean and comfy atmosphere. My husband and I went for the first time last night around 730p or 8p (crazy right?!) and I wish I would’ve got the young lady’s name that was our server because she was PHENOMENAL!! Customer service was some of the BEST we’ve gotten at a restaurant in years. And we only had to wait like 10 mins for our food. Thank you to the incredible server we had! We will definitely be back, she made our first experience a memorable one and we couldn’t be more appreciative.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. The establishment was very clean and there were plenty of places to sit. The server was extremely kind and efficient. For being the only available server he seemed to have things in great control. There were quite a few tables he was tending by himself, but he managed them very well.
I ordered the 4-way with onion. It was good. Noodles cooked perfectly the chili was tasty plenty of onion and the perfect amount of cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-way and the complimentary oyster crackers.
I would definitely recommend dinning here. For the service and the food! We will eventually be back when we pass through sometime again!

Great service. Was welcomed at the door. Was helped by two employees who were very kind. The food was delish and the wait was not long at all. (Have been at this location a few times before and haven’t had bad service) Will definitely return if in the area.

We had never eaten at a Skyline before and it was an interesting and new flavor profile. We started with the chili cheese fries and got the habanero cheddar cheese on top. Then I had the loaded chili bowel and my husband had the spaghetti 5 way. It was all yummy and we cleaned our plates. Alex was our server and was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu items to us, although he wouldn’t share the secret ingredients;)

The food is warm and the selection stays consistently the same. Pricing is a bit high, but I guess that’s the way it goes these days.. I like that people preparing the food wear gloves. Restaurant is clean.

WoW! Such a bad 1st time experience.
Stay away at night. Chloè the manager was very disrespectful and loudly talking bad about customers and how they order Hotdogs in the Drive Thru. They were cursing and carrying on about it. About 5 employees. Was pretty uncomfortable to witness and was cringe. They went on talking about the amount of manager complaint logs and how they don’t care and nothing is ever done anyways.
It became laughable as I just sat there waiting at my table for my order, listening.
Wes the waiter was cool and hope he got the tip provided. He was walking on egg shells seemingly. Hang in there dude. This job is just a stepping stone for you. Good luck.
Owners need to take a good look at the lack of Customer Service at this location and how the food is being prepared and presented. Very unacceptable behavior by all accounts at the very least.
Food was poorly prepared and didn’t taste good. Soggy fries right out the gate. I will not be returning and will second guess going to another location for sures.

Madison, my server knocked it out of the park. She helped this first timer with his first Skiline Chili experience, and she sent me right to the classics. Chili Cheese Hot Dog and the Chili and Cheese French Fries. I killed them, hot chili with fresh cooked french fries, and the dog was gone in an instant.

I have never been to a skyline chili before so this was a first. The food was good. Very difficult to finish it all. The service was pleasant and speedy. Overall a nice experience

This place is filthy, barely greeted when we went in like they were doing us a favor. Last time the buns were stale or not steamed. This used to be a fantastic location, but not anymore.
