No ketchup cups, dirty tables in playplace & nonwipes in the stations. Customer service ignored any customers waiting. I waited 15+ minutes for an order only to realize the app glitched, the order didn’t go through like it said and they wouldnt even try to provide a solution for the code that was supposed to give a small discount. Customer services response was to wait 1-2 days for the app to refresh. We are going elsewhere for dinner.

I went to this McDonald’s for breakfast and was shocked by the number of issues. I ordered my meal, I get handed my meal and I got someone else’s order once I left and checked the bag. I go back through and not only did they take the bag back which was in my car for probably 10 minutes (this is illegal to take it back and gross to use a bag that was in my car for someone else) but they gave me 2 items from that bag that looked like what I ordered but actually was not because the items in the other order that wasn’t mine were modified so AGAIN got my order wrong and I watched them give the other car bag of food that was once in my car for 10 minutes. I’m definitely reporting this but I was shocked this even happened. I made a comment about it and was ignored so I left. I would not trust eating here, I didn’t even get the correct food I paid for. No refund either. An absolute mess!

Normally I would never leave a review on a fast food “restaurant” page because well it’s.. Fast Food. But this one got me today. I went through and ordered a meal early this morning. I have several political stickers all over my truck (I know.. I am asking for it) The lady that took my payment glanced at my vehicle and handed me my payment back. I started to drive she yelled something towards the front in spanish and I drove ahead. Once I got to the next window the coward at that window staired at the sticker on my back passenger window. I do want to mention it is not offensive in the slightest but it does mention who I voted for in the election and also states that I make no apologies. She said something in spanish to me and slammed the little sliding door.
I would NEVER judge someone based on the way they voted. I have never been rude to someone because of it. I find it completely unacceptable to act like that. I don’t care where you work. That is how you end up without a job. I can say that I have interacted with these women in my other vehicles and they have never acted like that. So for you to go out of your way and treat someone totally different based on something like that is ridiculous. You work where you work because you like it. Don’t treat people like crap because they don’t share all of your views. Shame on you! I did not eat the food because I don’t trust people who are ok treating people like that. At the end of the day we are all people. We all have to answer to the same God for our actions.

Fry’s are soggy and taste like old oil was used, nuggets were under cooked and slimy. I didn’t know you could mess up McDonalds food so bad! Do not recommend this McDonald’s. 151st and blackbob is the best McDonald I’ve ever been to. Friendlier staff too. Just drive the extra 5 minutes, it’s worth it.

I pulled off the interstate to get a quick bite. This McDonald’s looked like a good place to do that. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 5 minutes before I was waited on. Workers saw me and just kept doing whatever they were doing. Eventually, I ordered my food. A double cheeseburger with Pickles only and a McChicken sandwich and a bottle of water. It’s pretty simple, right? About 15 minutes later, I get my order. There is no bottled water, so I grab a cup and go get my own. I take off and I’m eating the McChicken sandwich and the lettuce is wilted and starting to turn brown. The double cheeseburger with Pickles turned out to be pretty much a double cheeseburger with everything but the pickles! For the life of me, I don’t know why this was so hard to understand. Maybe their English is not so good after all?

I ask for light ice in my iced coffee. I got.n Extra ice, when I asked for them to fix it, they dumped over half of it out into the sink. Went back over to the coffee machine and filled it all the way up. No Creamer, nothing. Acted like it was my fault. When they just plainly could not read. You know , there’s lots of places hiring , if you don’t like your job , go get one that you’re good at , and that you like that simple , don’t get an added tube of customers when they ask you to fix your mess up!!!! Not to mention the lady in the window could not even understand what I was asking pretty frustrating!!!!!

I took my granddaughter to this location because they have the plate place that she likes so much unfortunately the slide was not working quite as it should it was like you say sticky but she found other parts of the gym to play in is it still your favorite place to go to play in McDonald’s

Ordered breakfast through the app, got there at 10:29 and they THREW IT AWAY?!? I’d understand if I was just trying to order breakfast and hadn’t paid for it but the meal was paid for and bagged up. Wouldn’t even refund me my money so I have to jump through hoops to get a hold of customer service. I spent $18 just to catch a bad attitude.

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s on Hamilton Circle. It took almost 30 minutes to get my full order. By the time I received it, the McFlurrys were melted, the iced coffee tasted bad, and it didn’t even have the vanilla flavor I ordered.
The service was awful: I asked for help at the kiosk to pay with cash, but I was ignored multiple times. On top of that, one of the employees was extremely rude instead of helping me.
They also forgot to include the ranch sauces I requested and handed out the order completely disorganized. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
I do not recommend this location.
