Worst skyline ever. Customer service is horrible, service is horrible, and food was horrible. Management and staff are more concerned about having fun with each other than running the business and making the customer a priority. I have no idea on how Kailey was made a manger. She has no clue on what she’s doing.

Alexi was our Server. She was very friendly and polite. Alexi welcome us with a wonderful smile and told us welcome to Skyline chili . I love going to a restaurant as soon you walk in they greet you with a wonderful smile . Alexi and Skyline chili gets A+ from me . And trust me I usually don’t give out A+ unless the restaurant food is so Delicious and the Staff are very friendly and polite and nice . And Skyline chili is a very clean and very organized company. Supervisor must be very proud of those young kids . . Thanks to Alexi the server. We will definitely be going back to Highland Heights Skyline chili. . Thank you very much for the wonderful chili. . Supervisors and Staff keep up the wonderful work.

It’s hard to explain. Crazy concept to add chili to spaghetti. The chili has cloves cinnamon and maybe even chocolate in the sauce. The locals love it. My kids devoured it. My wife and I were blown away that people actually spend money on this. staff was great. In the end it was fun to experience the Cincinnati staple.

This skyline inflates the prices compared to other skylines. At my regular skyline I can have my meal at $19.95. Here, the same meal is $24 and some change. I don’t understand the price differences, it just doesn’t make sense.

I order the same food every time I go to Skyline. I usually go to one closer to where I currently live, but I decided to try this one.
They made my food better than any of the previous Skylines ever have. The burritos were actually filled with: beans, chili, and cheese, they weren’t 50% air like the other Skylines.
If you want to get your money’s worth, then this is the Skyline to go to!
