The food here is great but the service is a complete hit or miss. I’ve been here a few times now and while I enjoy eating the food here my last visit left me feeling scammed and disappointed. I was charged 2.5x the regular price for a plate of food and had a 20% tip automatically added to my total bill. I tipped an additional $20 thinking there wasn’t a tip already included. In my past visit this wasn’t included. Avoid the lady with the tattoos on her face, she tried to take my copy of the receipt while signing.

The food is wonderful, delicious and filling. One thing I would say is if you do not understand anything about the menu, call and ask. You can order food from this restaurant via UBER Eats. Contrary what some said in their review about this restaurant having mostly fish related food in their menu, that totally not true.

They serve beef and fish. Just choose clearly over the phone and in person their friendly staff are willing to help you get beef related food with Injera. They also serve raw meat too. If you want it medium, rare or well done make it clear to them.

There might be a language barrier depending on who is working or picks up your phone call. So speak slow and clearly. Please be advised, service can be slow sometimes.

Amazing food. I’ve only ever had Ethiopian food 1 other time and I didn’t much like it, a little bland actually. But this place… Man it’s good. You can taste every spice they put in their sauces and meats. Highly recommend for anyone who has had Ethiopian or wants to try it.
