Katie is extremely patient. They were nearly closing, but she took time to suggest me a nice regular tea (not shown in the menu but cheaper 2.95$) with cinnamon spice flavor and Honey. I said I liked it blazing hot, and she put double cups to make sure it was easy to hold.

Before leaving Sioux Falls to return home, I was serviced by an amazing employee. I believe her name was Elisibeth. I was having a bad time with delays, but her exceptional service and welcoming energy made my mood better. She even suggested places I should visit if I were to return. Extremely friendly and awesome staff. Arrived here at 8AM and got served right away with a good Bloody Mary and some beers before our flight. This place got SO busy right at 9AM, just a heads up! Seemed like they were keeping up great though!

I travel frequently and as the only place to eat inside security at Sioux Falls airport since my bad experience last year, SkyDine have implemented changes and I must say that the Food is now outstanding (Particularly the club sandwich). Well done guys. Thank you for the massive improvement.
Delivered food to wrong table. People ate half the wings. Waitress went and got them from their table and told me twice they hadn’t’ touched them. I called her out on this and asked why the plate was half empty. People at other table waved and said wings were great laughing. Asked for money back. Charged my card anyway. Terrible terrible service and waitress lied.
UPDATE: Management contacted me, apologized. They did what they could to make it right. Doesn’t excuse the service but I did appreciated the follow up. Thank you.

The food was Great and Very friendly fast food and Brandy is a Hard Worker,Very Polite and Fast .she Greeted us as we came in she did everything by herself and she took my order and made my drink and brought my kid and I our food plus airplane toy and even cleaned our table when we was done and said thanks have a Good evening to us as we were leavin.

I was ordering food (absolutely delightful) and white claw (bonus points) when I realized my phone was gone. I had just been on it and within minutes, it was gone. Thanks to the efforts of the staff, Carla, Anthony, and Dale, I was able to recover my phone. Shout out to Anthony, who continued to call my phone until the folks at enterprise answered it as someone turned it in. Talk about excellent customer service, I have never been treated so well at an establishment!
