Came by to pick up some pizzas for my daughter-in-law that she had called in and while there was a little mishap, the guys there were phenomenal!!! There was not one person in that store that they did not greet me or interact in conversation with me. This was the first time I’ve ever been to this location and certainly won’t be the last they were just incredible!!

3 times in a row i ordered and it my pizza looks like this.
SUPER light on toppings.
I was supposed to have black olives but I counted maybe 5 and they were like little pieces of charcoal.
4 pieces of chicken
4-5 onions like slices
“Hand tossed” but was super thin and crispy like “thin crust”
This was supposed to be a buffalo pizza.
I will give one more chance but PLEASE stop burning and shorting my pizza.

I ordered a pizza and I didn’t gave a tip on order but I was going to give a cash 5 $ tip to delivery woman but she was so rude . Firstly, when she came to deliver she said I’m sorry but now onwards we’re not delivering on this address because you didn’t gave tip and our hourly pay is 6$
I was like I’m giving you a tip and why you behave like this to your customer

Hit and miss…2 out of 3 times you get what you expected. Tonight they sold me chicken alfredo without the chicken
( glad I checked before I left or I would been pissed) Then the manager said they had no chicken. I said we’ll I didn’t want just cream and noodles for dinner yall should have told me. They did offer to replace it with a mean Philly cheese steak instead which worked out but I had to wait another 10 min with sick wife at home waiting on her Alfredo

The pizza is really good but I do have to order extra sauce for there to be enough. Other than that I have no complaints. Any time they have made a mistake, they made it right by crediting me a free pizza and they always upsize it to a large. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Keep up the great work!

We ordered here a couple weeks ago. When we got home, which is 20 minutes away, we realized that our food was wrong. We called and they said they would add free pizzas to our account, using our phone number. We tried to redeem, but they did not honor it. Apparently, they lied and never put anything on our account.

Apparently this place is under a new management according to the employees. I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta bowl. I received a less than half full dish of food. I didn’t expect it to be full to the brim but at least full enough to where I couldn’t see the burn pieces stuck to the bottom upon opening. I did call them and they remade the pasta bowl but it was the same amount as the first one. I don’t know what’s going on with Domino’s but I don’t want a snack when I pay for a meal. On the positive side, the lady at the counter was very polite and understanding of the situation.

Living in Rockmart, you get used to poor service. I almost always regret eating out as you never seem to get the service or quality our hard earned money deserves. That said, we ordered from Dominos tonight and it was excellent. The Philly pizza was 5 Star, and everything was exactly as we ordered it.
