Completely unexpected gem! I never thought I would find good sushi back in my hometown after years of living away, but this is it. I’ve traveled extensively and rarely had sushi this good.
The place is neat and stylish. It’s clean and smells good. The staff is friendly and efficient. The menu is fantastic.
The biggest takeaway from here is absolutely how huge the Nigiri is; it’s easily 50% more fish than most places. The mango roll is unreal as well.
We came twice in a short amount of time and it was delicious both times and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you check this place out. It’s probably the best restaurant in the area.

We stopped in on a cold and snowy day thinking we wanted sushi but we ended up all ordering ramen. Both the spicy and not spicy tonkatsu (we loved the marinaded egg!) was delicious and so were the garlic butter edamame. I’ll definitely be back for the sushi sometime!

Im a chef traveling all the way from Sweden so this was an interesting try from someone who Loves sushi.
Altough we were first to arrive when they opened it still took 35+min to recieve our food but alas.
the food was good overall, but i have some pinpoints! The ramen was dull and too much seaweed flavor for what should be pork flavored broth.
The sushi was fun, love that u tried to mash it up with many types of fish, in sweden we eat alot of smoked salmon and Herring, seeing it on sushi however was an od experience and not something id recommend to do as u want the flavor of Fresh and not smoked and pickled to coat the fish.
Get rid of the fake crabstick guys, paying 30$, there shouldnt be one.
Altough entertaining, The random yelling in chinese every 5 min startled me 70$ for 2 people, try to make it a calmer atmosphere please.

Aight listen… Sky Sushi getting the full 5 stars, no debate.
Me and the gangsters I’m traveling with pulled up hungry and started going crazy on the menu. First thing that smacked was the Crazy Roll — and I ain’t even playing, that thing was straight fire. Flavor on point the whole way through.
Then the miso soup came out and that joint was extraordinary. Not that weak little soup you get sometimes — this one actually had flavor. Had me sipping the whole bowl like it owed me money.
Now the spicy salmon roll? Man listen… incredible. Fresh, spicy just right, and gone in about 30 seconds.
I also sampled the veggie Godzilla roll plus a bunch of other stuff the crew ordered and everything was hitting. Every plate that touched the table got cleaned up. No misses, just straight wins.
If you slide through here, bring your appetite because Sky Sushi don’t play.

Been here twice and the sushi is some of the best I’ve ever had. Staff is always friendly, too. It’s a very small place, only 5 tables inside, but they do offer carry out.

The food was great! The miso soup was really well done, nice flavor and the Godzilla roll was great as well! It’s a small little shop that reminds me of the ones in the northern prefectures – except they would have cats wandering around the place lol. If you’re looking for a small place to get some sashimi, rolls, or rice dishes, this is the place. Reminded me so much of Iwate. Thank you guys

Me and my boyfriend love having lunch/dinner here at sky sushi! The food and service is always excellent and the restaurant is a nice place to enjoy a delicious meal. You can tell they take great pride in the meals they prepare! The staff is super friendly too!

My family absolutely loves this place! The sushi is fresh and authentic and the dinner plates are also very good for those who would like to dine and not have sushi. 2026 Back again a year later, tried the spicy Tonkatsu Ramen; it’s the closest to being in Japan you will get here stateside!
2025…Delicious everything was wonderful. The service was excellent and attentive. The quality of the food was great. Thanks for the delicious meal we hope to be back again snowmobiling this year and will definitely stop in.

Had no idea this gem was here. The quality, freshness, and presentation of the sushi was fantastic. All the staff and owner were so nice and accommodating. I am a bit of a sushi snob, have very high standards and was thrilled. I just returned from Japan a few months ago, and while “American Style” it was on par with its traditional equivalent in Japan and I’d put Sky Sushi up against any big city restaurant any day!!
