What a great little café. I had the biscuits and gravy and my wife had the French toast and both were fresh and delicious. Fine cup of coffee, too. Love the view of the runway. The whole feel of the Downtown Shreveport airport feels like a time capsule from another era, similar to the Louisiana Exhibition Museum or Herbie Ks and not totally out of step with the mood of a David Lynch film. Breakfast was welcoming and quiet but I hear that the lunches are packed. So fingers crossed they have a good run of it. I highly recommend it.

This is one of the coolest places to have lunch. We got to watch small planes come in and out. The food was really good. And the service was exceptional. We went with small kids so they could watch the planes and the restaurant was so sweet to them. Everyone found something to eat that they liked and it was great food

One of my personal favorites is the Throttle Breakfast Taco. The combination of perfectly cooked eggs, savory bacon, hashbrowns shredded Cheese and flavorful Sriracha mayo creates a taste sensation that is truly unforgettable.
