Skoops has become our favorite place. The watermelon glacier is soooo yummy and hits the spot on a hot day.. nice shady play area out back. It’s cute to see how my son has “out grown” the climber over the years. Many good memories here, and many more to come.

I grew up in a chocolate shop where we made our ice creams and shipped them all over the world in molds. So ice cream is a tough sell for me.
But this place does an excellent job, and the employees are extremely welcoming & friendly.
On a personal note, a chocolate malted milk shake from Skoops was my 95 yr old father’s request for his last meal. He loved it!

Had a bad experience when they were training someone today. The flavor burst ice creams cones came our tipped over, falling out of the cones with only half of it even being flavor burst. When asking for a new cone that was edible as a cone they offered a cup and then tipped the cone over inside. I understand training people but offering a crappy product and bad customer service isn’t the way you do it.

flurries were gritty..the shake was not a shake it was a little bit of soft serve and soda, kind of like an old water down root beer float and it was served to us with sticky ice cream melted down the sides.. n the hard shelled dip ice cream was not even dipped correctly…. we used 22 wipes to clean up the mess we had while still in the parking lot…. than we threw it all away because the line was to long to get money back…. the kids working were very kind and pleasant,,,,but not correctly trained to do ice cream serving won’t return

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there today placed my order sat in line for 15 minutes before I get to the window and then she tells me the flavor burst machine doesn’t work I asked why didn’t you tell me that at the speaker so I didn’t wait here for nothing and she laughs and says she forgot while she and her co workers are in there laughing I will never go back

I love this place because its a little local beach town ice cream shop but it has a drive thru. SO great!!! The small picnic table area and tiny playground is nice too though. Great ice cream shop!!!

I nice place to get nearly any kind of dairy delight. They workers are nice and easy to talk to. The prices can be a bit high on certain treats vs other places but tend to be worth it. Overall, “a skoop in the belly will make your sibling jelly”…its super good, that’s what I’m saying….
